The food was okay, but they charged us extra and gave us the merchant receipt, so we couldn't see what we had paid for. On top of that, when we asked for our receipt, the cashier said we had to wait at least five minutes because her computer had mysteriously restarted at that precise moment, so we decided to leave without a receipt. However, we realized the robbery because we usually go to this place and it always comes out the same until this time.
The owner is rude and dusty. Maybe she should get a grip on Customer Service and how to treat customers when they ask for things etc. I say call corporate everyday till the lights turn off and she gets a pack up and leave. Im coming for the lease. Rude and nasty hag. How did you even get into business you will be stopped.
Got kicked out for no reason didn’t fight it was a consumer but still was kicked out for no reason sat down and was thinking about what to get but still kicked us out for no reason really unbelievable will never come again horrible service and need some type of manager now !!!
Subway is a five star rating the employees are very kind good and clean always greet you with a smile food is good just the way you want it every time.
Do NOT eat at this subway! One of the employees aced my food on a molded tomato basil wrap. Then she noticed the wrap was molded. She took the food and placed it on another wrap. I asked them to make another one and they refused to do so...I walk out of the store. Do NOT eat here!
Had a disheartening experience this morning with a rude lady and stingy location. Would barely put any toppings on sandwiches compared to other locations. Would not honor terms of coupon sent in mail and claimed that it only applied to lesser sandwiches despite terms listed on coupon. Then turns around and says "thank you" after paying for food after being rude...

The management presented a rude tone to set an unfavorable atmosphere. Her name is Shital. I believe she brings down the franchise expertise. She needs to be retrained in customer service. You can't be rude and then say Thank you....smh...
