I'm giving 5 stars not because the food was out of this world, but because the food was hot & fresh, and the folks that were working were courteous and super friendly. I came by pretty late and since it was raining, only the drive thru was available so that the car hops didn't get drenched. It might've taken a bit longer, but the workers were so nice and the food was obviously freshly made. I'll be returning.
So, let me set this up for you. I’m an Uber driver. I am during a promotional where I have a limited number of days to get a lot of returns. I am only basically allowed to work 12 hours a day per the app. Because of this, I need every Uber eats delivery I get to be pretty much in and out. The young lady had told me too pull up and wait a little further and she has been able to serve to customers in the interim that I have been waiting. For the record, I need this bonus money to survive. Not for kicks, just so I don’t have to default on my bills. I need this facility to get their act together. Terrible service.
I ordered Popcorn Chicken but they must have thought I said Pieces of fried chicken crust. Understandable mistake. ?
Food is hot and fresh at this location but the reason for 3 stars only is the state of the tables outside. They really need to be replaced or at least cleaned. It's kinda gross to try and eat your food when the tables are in such bad shape but the food is good at this location, staff is friendly.
The food was great. The customer service was excellent. I love how they served the food fast. Overall A+
How do you know you're an official "regular"? When you place your order on the app, get distracted while waiting, then get your order brought out even though you didn't check in lol. The car hop (Shaquille i believe)said "oh you forgot to check in but we knew it was you and your fries are hot" with a smile but about 95% of the time whomever brings out my sweet tea extra ice and large fry are wonderful. When I first started coming to this location, I used to always ask if the fries are hot because in other sonic locations- that's a big problem...but these guys "got me" and they hit me with a "and yes, got hot fries for you" and I appreciate it because I know I can be a pain but that's all I order.I generally show up midmorning while I'm out making my rounds so the 5% that's iffy is generally late afternoon, early evening but overall I recommend this location (Covington hwy is a hard pass don't even waste your time)
Slow service like popeyes. Worker went in to swap out the cold food they gave me NEVER brought it back out. I waited 10 min for hot tots an fries so i had to go in and get it myself.
I had a strawberry cheesecake milkshake it was everything I had been waiting for. It had been a few years since I had sonic. It was good as well as customer service
Bought a drink here and the soda dispenser nozzle was at the bottom of the drink. Disgusting and awful service, the franchise ignored my complaint because they're trashy. Don't go here.
This was the worst experience of my life eating anywhere fast food or fine dining. There was hair intertwined in my food long nasty hair. The manager refused to do anything for me except ask me to take off work to come to the store in the morning to speak to general manager about it after calling me a liar saying they wear hair nets. This is the poorest customer service and nastiest Sonic ever rating -100
