I deliver for a food delivery service. I debated in whether or not to write this but after alot of thought I have decided to write this.I was treated with the most disrespect that I have ever encountered as a delivery driver at this Popeyes . I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in and said I'm here to pick up a delivery order because I am white. The Mgr, the cashier, people making the food. The delivery order that I was picking up was placed on the counter and sat there for 10 mins before I actually went and read that it was my order I was waiting on.My point is this. If your white don't go to this store you will be ignored and not looked at.Personal beliefs about people don't matter when it come to your job. And you don't ignore anyone because of there color ever. No restaurant in any city that I have ever been to has ignored me because of my skin color. This franchise for Popeyes should be closed down forever. And it's not because I'm white I'm saying this. But if I was black and went into a restaurant to pick a order up and this happened. It would be on the news and everyone would be called a racist.And everyone that was working on Thursday at Popeyes chicken is a racist or a coward.
I really like this Popeyes when they have good service. But lately, the have you waiting all day to order at drive-thru. Then, they'll make you stop before you pull up to the window. They always giving me the wrong pieces. The frozen lemonade ain't frozen
This was a late night ? food run and usually Popeyes hits the hunger spot...but the chicken sandwich bun was super soggy like they dipped it in dish water and the chicken ? was ice cold and so were the french fries. I was completely disappointed to say the least. The drive thru was backed up to the street and the 'fast food' experience turned into a 1 hour 'slow food' experience. The staff had zero sense of urgency and the food was still cold and poorly prepared. The night crew is not it...on Redan Road.
Very poor Customer Service staff is unprofessional. I ordered 3 combos drinks didn’t taste right so I asked for a different beverage. A staff member took my drinks that had the straws in them and came back with different drinks with the same straw in them which is nasty. My ordered was wrong so the guy went and got the manager which came to my car with an attitude grab my bag and went and fixed my order. Came back with an attitude and I was asking for something she locked the door. Oh did I mention when I pulled up to order my food the girl had an attitude taking my order got to the drive through window the manager saying its too early to be eating chicken these folks need to be eating grits and eggs. I also asked for my food in separate bags attitude again. I would never ever come to this Popeyes again worse customer service every. They open at 10:00am I ordered at 10:07am food not even fresh. Never again
I have been going to this popeyes location on redan rd stone mountain ga for the last three weeks. They are slow, no one is wearing a mask preparing the food nor at the register. Also they continued to be out of condiments and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they give off nasty attitudes.
Ordered online and when I got to the drive thru order station, I was told that I would have to come inside to get my order. When I got inside, I had to wait several minutes before the employee asked me about ordering and I could say that I was picking up my online order. After several more minutes of waiting I finally received my order. Food was good, but too much time spent to pick it up.
Very rude drive-thru worker at 2pm 2/14/22.. (African American female) She said something on the mic before i wound down my window. When i got it down and asked a question, she said "Didn't I tell You that i would be back in a second"? I rode around to the window, she didn't offer a reply or apology, she basically ignored me. If you don't want to be nice to customers why take a job in customer service?
I been to multiple places and I assume that this could possibly be a location to go to for the desire of family needs. But after going there multiple times and actually realizing they do not care about the preparation nor what the customer says it seems that Popeyes is hiring people that does not appreciate the spending on food value. I ordered mac and cheese that's it and they gave me a spoon full and I'm not talking about a full cooking spoon a actual small spoonful. So I'm just trying to realize does it take for me to go there 10 times in a row to get the full amount or no one should just go there anymore because the chicken is not cooked good nor they do not want to listen to what people say in the order I guess they're overwhelmed by the diameter of sales. The food is terrific. The little girl at the counter should be fired. She is constantly complaining about customers coming in the store. Who does that? Second visit encountering her ridiculousness.
Tried to place an order at the drive-thru. I was told to drive around because the young man could not understand what I was saying. After 15min+ in line, I'm having to explain, that the guy told me to drive up Without taking my order. Only for her to tell me that they don't take orders at the window; and that I will have to get back in line or come inside. I refused both and ask to speak with the manager only to see that she was standing there the whole time. She fixed it with an attitude explaining that the guy is new and did not know that he could not do that. That's understandable but I only did what I was told. She told me that it would be 18min for spicy chicken, I said ok. Then the guy hands me a bag. I asked him if it was mine because the lady said it would be 18min. He shouts a firm yes with his chest. Very rude! I will not be going back, they took me out of my character. The chicken is not that good. The Mac& ? was great. Attitudes need to be adjusted. I guess they gave me the bloody old Chicken on purpose. Be careful at that location.
