I ordered about 930pm on their app.They were out of wings.I paid roughly 40.00I provided my cell phone no so I could track the delivery.1 hour later still no food.I checked the app, it said your food will be delivered in 995 minutes!I need up making the kids Tuna.No one had called, no reimbursement.They could gave called me and asked me to pick up my order, they did not.We are 6 minutes away.I won't order again!
When did Pizza Hut get so bad. I got 2 personal pan pizzas and a pasta for 2 people. The pan pizza was doughy and not crispy on the outside. The breadsticks that the pasta order came with were not included. It was made worse by the fact that after I used by card to purchase they changed the order to cash and I ended up having to shoot the delivery guy the money via cash app. I just threw away my food. What a disappointment.
Andre was top tier. Customer service was amazing. Christiana was also great & very patient with me and my family! Wings were good & pizza was great! 10/10 recommend! Come here if you want a relaxing meal with your family ❤️
The service was extraordinary, the food was hot fresh and on time. The atmosphere was very relaxed and family friendly, would highly recommend to friends and family. And Andre was very accommodating to my family and I, we will definitely be back soon!
This is a Pizza Hut that workshard to please the customers.The young lady at the front worked delightfully and fast.? was Fresh and HOT?.....and didn't mind the wait
Do not and I repeat do not go to thus pizza hut. I decided to order carry-out because I knew for a fact that it would take a long time to get deliver. I get there at the time it said in the email to arrive and my food isn't ready. Had to wait 20 mins. They offered a free drink but at this point I don't care I just want my food and to leave. To only find out that instead of garlic parmsean wings I had boneless spicy wings. I highly recommend not going to this location.
Pizza was pretty good, but we had to wait for the brownie which was baldly burned on the bottom. I believe that the employees knew that it was burned, but served it to us
I understand that there is a shortage on some items. But that should not affect the quality of food. I had to wait because the first order for burnt and when the second order came out there was hardly any cheese or sauce. .
Pizza ok. They messed up wings. Then wanted me to wait 10 mins for them after giving me the pizza. To let the pizza get cold?? Refunded it.
Been living in stone mountain for 11 years and this has been the worst pizza hut ever.. I ordered pizza today at 11 something only to be told at 1:47 that a call was placed to me which I've had my phone in hand claiming it went to voice-mail qhen she never called I have the tracker on my phone that tracks the order.. smh then she tells me it's not her fault they don't have any drivers.. and it will be 3 to 5 business days before I get my money back. Wouldn't give me her name for my complaint and just hung up in my face. South Harriston pizza hut should be CLOSED DOWN!!! ghetto and unorganized for way to many years..
