Did an online order. They charged my card. It said 87 minutes online. Got a call from the store 2 hrs later. Saying they apologize the store closed early. Got an email saying. They tried to reach out to me on the phone no reply. Read the reviews order from this place anyway. Well all the reviews are true. Believe it. Stay away from this place.
Look at this sorry excuse for a pizza, the cashier literally walked to the cash register with her pants unbuckled and unzipped. This place is horrible and the service is worse. Don’t even waste your time or money
I call to place an order on 2/26 at 5:30Someone from the online call center answered I proceeded to order he told me my card declined, knowing that’s not true I rebuttals, my bank saying otherwise. He proceed to connect me with store 416 to confirm in fact if the order was visible on the stores end. “Brandon Johnson” which identifies himself as The GM for this store. I tried to explain, I was cut off from talking numerous of times, he even goes to say I’m trying to explain to you because I have plenty of bank accounts. That he don’t see no order, and the bank would refund my money at their discretion. Good Pizza terrible customer service.
I’m currently on the phone holding for a manager for about 20 min. I placed my order over 2.5 hrs ago and they told me and hour ago there’s no drivers available to come pick up. Then I started to drive there they called back and said never mind we have a driver on the way. Keep in mind it’s a 15 min drive. That call was 50 min ago. Still not progress. I used to work at pap johns and never have I seen something like this. This is the worst service I’ve ever had! The store closes soon so I’m probably not even going to get my food. And they already charged my card. Do not rely on this place for anything!
Poor Service, was told I could come get my delivery in 30 mins versus waiting 90 mins the website was telling me, arrived 45 mins later to be told it’d be another 20 mins - then the mgr literally said “ I told you it be 30 mins “ just offer an apology Bro ( instead of making yourself look even more out of your depth) and there was a pan of pizza doe uncovered on the front counter where I could reach it or breath on it - no way that’s hygenic or on brand for this chain - now I’m gonna get rushed pizza but I waited excessively and paid for premium pizza. I’d sign a petition to close this 1
I ordered my pizza from 386 N Deshong Rd Ste C, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 location and it arrived cold. I phoned the store and I asked for a manager and he person on the phone gave me a loud sigh and stated she was a manager and I asked her name and again with the loud sigh and said with a K. She has an horrible attitude and she didn't know what I wanted to say. This will be the last time ordering from this location and that so called manager needs to be replaced. If you don't like serving people...don't get into customer service . You applied. No one went out looking for you
The store manager at #416 north deshon is extremely rude. She hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. This is absolutely the worst customer service. I asked to return the pizza for a full refund or another pizza due to old bacon. I am entitled to a full refund not a 50% store credit. The customer service skills of this manager is sad. While I was talking, she aggressively said, "You're not getting anything now" and hungup the phone. When I asked questions and calmly talked she became angry. I will reach out to corporate, the link online & BBB.
I placed an order that’s worth $40 waited 2 1/2 hours and no one delivered my food now I’m calling the store and the store answering service says they’re closed this is really poor customer service, I will never order from this location again. Every time I order from this location I have a bad experience.
would give zero stars if possible. i had to call to make sure my pizza was still gonna be delivered. ended up being 2 hrs late and came burnt, cold and wasn’t even the right order. one of the sauces were opened also. when i called i was left on hold for an hour and called multiple times. no one picked up.
Went to pick up order and waited outside for 30 minutes. Then when the guy finally came he gave us the wrong pizza. To top this off the marinara sauce they gave us gave me food poisoning. It was outta date and they still gave it to me
