Horrible customer service. Sounds like children work here , they are lazy and unprofessional . Canceled our order after thirty minutes and put us on hold to hang up twice after we asked about it . They need to be fired or replaced . This is ridiculous .
Customer service is trash. Why am I having to greet you when I walk in your establishment? I’m literally standing in front of the employee at the counter and she continues to type on the computer (not on the phone or anything) like I’m not standing there.
They are the worst they don’t answer the phone after you order online. They took 2 hrs for something that should only take 32-42 min. They have terrible customer service!
I wish i can give no stats!!! Order here if you want to eat 3hrs later.. they said 30-40 minutes and it literally was 3hr & 30 minutes
Doordasher. Was here for over 20 mins. Guy on the phone was doing nothing before I even walked on the door. The female employee wearing crocs. Pretty sure those aren't slip resistant shoes. Everything was slow and annoying. Glad it's not the weekend cause this would be insane. They had me and two other customers waiting and the female employee slammed my customer's drink and was acting annoyed. That's not my problem. Food been sitting behind the guy the whole time and not once did he turn around and asked who got what. Only til a female customer next to me had to yell and get help did they start acting right...
DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Took almost 3 hrs before pizza was even processed for delivery and they had the nerve to still attempt the delivery. No one contacted me nor do they answer the phones. STAY AWAY
I waited for nearly an hour for my pizza and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but there's only so much I can take
Called twice about a missing item from my delivery order and was told twice that it was sent out for delivery and never got my order. But what’s worse was lied to twice.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. My order never showed up and the driver never called. Took forever to reach somebody. They said it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours if they remake it and send it back out. Never ordering from this place again.
Like everyone else I was disappointed by the late arrival of my order and on top of it the food wasn’t even that good and cold I ordered it for my mom but she ended up leaving after more than an hour but after I showed her the reviews she and I agreed not to order from here. Gonna order pizza at my original place..
