This particular location is the closest to me and I go to it all the time. They are regularly closed or out of ingredients and I can't get what I'm looking for. The staff has never been great but this has recently been getting worse.I almost never do bad reviews, I'm a happy guy! But this place has been pretty bad for years. I will go back but I won't like it!
Some.of.the workers are nice and 1 guy is rude lol Lately, they haven't had brown rice or they ran out I think they should cook more of it once it's gone. A rude employee or owner will run customers away u need customers to make money remember that.
He charged me almost $3 for a water cup, I asked him for the smallest cup and then he turn around and give two of my classmates a free cup. They never have teriyaki chicken I think they’re stealing it at this point.
First time and last time coming here. One of the workers had called out saying how we’re in America and they we should speck English. It would have been somewhat better if they had said I didn’t understand you, can you say it once more? But this was just straight out disrespectful, not to mention the side talk her and her other coworkers were having.
They’re not taking drive through orders or dine in only online orders! I’ve been trying to order online for the last 5 min and it keeps saying unavailable. I called the restaurant and couldn’t get help ??????
I live less than a mile from this restaurant and it slowly has gone down in terms of service over the last year. I place my order to go most times but the store closes the inside frequently and so they want you to wait in the drive thru line to simply pick up your food. What is the point of paying and ordering in advance if you still have to wait in a line for 20 minutes! Done spending my money places where I’m not valued at all and they hire ppl that don’t even want to be there. Eat somewhere else trust me
I love the fact that their dining room was open, especially after dark. And of course the food is always good.

Went here for lunch, the food is great. The service was awful, when this guy rang me up I payed and instead of handing me all my change he gave me the dollar bill and I waited till he gave me the cents and he doesn't and looks at me and says "it's just a few cents bro"I'm like dude that's my money and I decide if I want the change or not, not you. Thank you very much
