Loooooved the food. I enjoy eating food from different cultures. Great texture, great atmosphere, good and full.
I just want to say this was one of the worst experiences. I took my friend there to celebrate her accomplishment,but it's unfortunate how our time there was filled with poor customer service. We were disregarded by the waitress with our orders. While we were waiting for our food;we were seeing other tables being served even tho they came after us. After waiting patiently we called over another waitress to check the status on our food. We were informed that our food was packed for to go order and ready. We were dining in and even ordered drinks,I don't know where the miss communication happened. After all this our waitress didn't even come and apologize about the mishap. We decided to just leave with the to go order because we we're informed that they have to remake it if we dining in. I would not recommend this place for special event or if you can't sit through unprofessional service. They have truly tainted our experience of the resturant and our day
They didn’t serve all customers equally. It’s not clear whether it’s based on family hierarchy or physical appearance. As long as u are a customer they should have to treat everybody equally. This should be the rule for every restaurant
The worst customer service. The food gave me food poison. I was sick for over a week. I ordered cooked kifto they brought raw kitfo and argued its cooked. Try to stay away from this restaurant. The waitress do not wash their hands or wear mask.
The worst ever ethiopian restaurant, we ordered Derek tibs and quanta firfir but it's very nasty!
I hate to say it but I wouldn't advise any body to come here and expect delicious Ethiopian cuisine. This restaurant has a good names of dishes on their menu, however they don't serve them in their true delicacies.
We will be back . The food and the authentic atmospgere is a unique presentation. Everything was delicious. Just wish it was housed in a different area.
Server need to get more training. The pick who they want to serve.
This was my second time having Ethiopian food and I enjoyed the food here the most. I have past this area so many times and had no clue it was there, I plan to try something different if not this week, next week.
