Worst McDonald's in the United States! 40 minute wait for food and order was wrong. Then told I needed to buy the missing food! Customer service skills are -100
I pulled up to the driveway to place a order of a medium size fry and a sweet tea‘s. Fries was cool I asked for hot fries since that’s all the food I had and that was a problem. I had to park and go in to ask for hot fries. They showed no concerns the worst customer service ever at this place. I’m surprised they have a three stars at this place.
If I could put 0 starts would be the BEST for this type of review.NONE of this workers suppose to have a job in there, I have never waited 48 min in a drive true, after I complaint about the time they curse me out in front of my kids, plus I get home and guess what!!! I found out I was missing 2 fries for my 2 other meals and they only put 4 count nuggets instead of 6, fries tasted burn oil , I would never come here and I don’t recommend this place at all please do your self a favor and find another McDonald’s near you, it’s my second time to this location and it has happen the same of the waiting, i never put reviews but this people put me in the obligation to do it.
This McDonald’s is just as bad as all the other ones I’ve gone to. And it’s just ridiculous. It’s sad that you have to go through this with fast food. I sat in line for 10 to 15 minutes with no word from anyone. I also got no sorry for the wait this time. They half speak to you, or not at all, depending on who you get. I had the guy just hand me my drink. I will never spend my money here again. The food isn’t even that good to go through this, smh.
This McDonald's is a poor excuse for food. Nobody in their conscious mind would stoop low enough to continuously subject themselves to slow, poor, unexplainably terrible, and thought provoking service. We continue to keep giving our money to this place when they clearly show no value in our dollar. I stopped eating here years ago but my 6 yr old son wanted fries as a last minute request before they closed but little did I KNOW, they closed 20 minutes early due to short staff but I could clearly see a minimum of 8 different ppl, not including the manager, walk back and forth past the first window. I refuse to give them my hard earned money for whatever the case is anymore. I'm done.
This has to be one of the worst stores I been to in my entire life. Lack of customer service, it seems like they only hire high school kids. So they Literally just stare at you when you ask a question with no real response. ????♀️Run to a better location
Went through the very long drive thru, ordered two cheeseburgers and two small fries. They forgot one so I went inside with no problem it’s receipt to get them. Manager rolled her eyes and walked away all because I asked for what they forgot to give me. If this is management then she might as well get paid $2 and hour for the little work she’s doing. Do better.
Ordered an Egg McMuffin meal as normal but when I get to the window to pick up my order, the young girl behind the window decided to have me wait 5 minutes while she decided to make at least 5 other orders instead of handing me mine. When I confronted her about it she tells me I'm not the only order and preceeded to close the window as to dismiss me. I went inside to talk with management and they replaced my meal but based on the way that went my feeling is that nothing was really done. Workers will act based on how they are lead.
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru because doors were locked at 6 PM. Then did not have shakes. Not going back. Happens all the time.
Too long in line. Had to wait at window. Sorry already cooked up old food. Manager cussing and screaming at employees. Bad experience tonight and it's in my neighborhood. Pandemic has caused fast food restaurants to go down hill. No help . Sad.
