Great place to get McDonald's from. Staff always asked for the reward codes and patiently wait for you if you said to hod on while trying to obtain the code. Would highly recommended. I always spent at least $60 - $80 here to buy breakfast. Big family
Did not like the quality of the food served. Both me and my guy were not happy. Next time I will definitely req fresh food
Can't tell you how many times I've come here just to wait and wait and wait for them to open up. The time should be "when we feel like" don't put 6am on the sign and not actually open at 6
I went to this location and the dining room was closed. I went to the drive thru and a girl with green hair asked me what I wanted to order. I told her and then she said that I couldn't walk up to the window and told me that I had to go to the drive thru. Either way I still had to walk up to the drive thru to pay for the food. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I am atruck driver and she saw my truck. Very disappointed will never go to this location again and I advise people not to frequent this location.
The service at this location is horrible!!! Everything you go here you have to go back around and wait for your food. The ice cream machine is always down. What are the Managers doing at this location? The service is never fast it's slow and the food is always cold never fresh. I only go cause my kids like McDonald's and it is near my house but after today they will never get my money again. Train your employees better!!!!
Absolutely worse experience Ever! Sat in drive for 10mins. Pulled around no one at window. Finally after pulling to 2nd window. Dude tells me shift change and I gotta come in. Then walk in. Gotta take my own freaking order. Too much???? Then they didn't get my coffee order right!! Yes only ordered coffee and they couldn't get right!!!
Drive thru went quickly. Ordered breakfast burritos meal, ice tea, and chocolate milk. Hash browns were "well greased" enough to soil my bag. Fast foods does not equate "nutritional foods."
I placed my order at 8:23am. There was no heavy traffic at the window took til 8:37am before I got my cup of coffee. Why is coffee not ready in the morning? This is ridiculous!!
Slow and messes up orders consistently whether in person or through doordash. Always some sort of issue.
Tye Manager is so not Professional at all , nor customer service , there needs Tobe a huge evaluation done on this store and all there shifts. No where like , when they were know for Fantastic food and customer support..
