Took 27 minutes to receive order at counter on June 19, 2022. One woman waited in drive-thru for 1hr, another 55min after having to come inside to see what the problem was - this is no joke. Serious staffing problem here. To make matters worse, the employees working showed no sign of urgency either with the exception of one young lady. Most bizarre scene I have ever experienced at a McD in 45yrs.
this place is a joke. our food was SOPPING in grease(i get it it’s mcdonald’s, still shouldn’t be that bad) so bad that it went through the other box we had and ruined the chicken nuggets, the sprite was more of a sparkling water and they forgot half our order and we had to wait longer because they couldn’t get 3 sweet teas and a frappe, including sauces which were all rudely handed with some nasty attitude. if you don’t like your job, quit. customer service is everything, and apparently the management is as garbage as the food.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to this Mc Donald's for their breakfast drive thru and what a disaster! I will never go to this branch again! First off, the 2 drive thru lines were long and at last a 15 minute wait before they got my order. Secondly, the person at the window told me to please pull up and wait for my coffee there. Meantime, I waited another probably 10 minutes and no one was showing up with my coffee! So I decided to come in and check on them. Lo and behold they had a lot of workers in the back prepping the orders and yet....When I asked them about my coffee, the girl at the register said they might have forgotten :( REALLY!!! Who is the effing MANAGER for this McDonalds??? They should train their employees better on proper customer service. Y'All should take a cue from Chik Fil A's customer service! McDonald's has a lot to learn!!!
This is by far THE SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to. From early in the mornings to the afternoons. Their dining room hours are posted on the door and they do not abide by them at all, then once you do get to go inside it’s a mess as if any one was even in there. One Sunday afternoon my mom, her friend and I went inside this location and it was filthy, my mom actually cleaned the whole dining room and our food still wasn’t done. The workers they have do more eating the food than preparing it. It’s just a bunch of chaos.
They had 3 maybe 4 employees. Their was a line inside as well as the drive thru but the employees only focused on taking and filling orders through the drive thru. We waited inside probably 15 minutes, during that time they took 1 persons order inside; their were 4 people in front of us. We left, went through the drive thru and got our food in about 5 minutes. I'm not sure why one of the employees wasn't taking znd filling orders inside but they were not.
The slowest McDonald's EVER!!!!! They like to hold the lines, inside or drive thru. I seen people literally walking out because they just stopped taking orders. Even if you get your food, it's wrong and you are back at the waiting game. Horrible customer service
Hannah was exceptional. McDonald’s has never been a go 2 for me. However this one is clean, food was hot & tasty. Restaurant was clean along with restrooms. Would definitely return to this one in the future.
Staff there usually is decent and tries their best, AT LEAST. But God help you if you have a problem or complication with your order.I have to rate so low for the management. Just awful and I question how they got such a position with the lack of customer service that they deliver. Don’t come here unless you like being disrespected or have NO other option.
Ordered a mobile order and waited in pick up spot #2. Nobody ever brought it out to me. I waited 30 minutes. I tried to go inside but the dining room was locked. Never got my food or refund. I was going there regularly for breakfast. I won’t be returning
Always slow in the mornings. Especially on the weekends. I sat in the drive thru for 15 min waiting for someone to take my order. The guy who took my order actually met me at the 2nd window to give me my food. Please hire some more help!!! ?
