Went in for Mt morning coffee. Lobby had people waiting. Wanted a hot mocha but didn't order from kiosk because the order generally gets messed up. Waited for 5 - 10 minutes, mind you, no one in front of me. Finally asked lady if someone gone serve me. Her response, can you hive me a few minutes? Really. She finally comes over and I ask for a large hot mocha, no caramel. She rings me up for a medium. Smh. The owner of this establishment needs to hire service minded workers. To boot the have an 80 as their rating. So sad. Don't go there unless you absolutely feel you need to.
It’s 5:18 I seen at least 3/4 workers in the lobby. N I’m just sitting here late for work. Cause I gotta have my coffee. Someone finally comes over speaker at 5:12 an tells the car I’m front of me. We open at 5:30 when clearly the owners want there store and pay for they store to be open at 5am. Whoever is reaping the salary needs to be fired. Period
They made my special requested sandwiches to perfection. Staff was ok, nothing extra. Ordering experience could have been better executed.
Not bad overall, however they do not know how to pull the line and get customers out with their order
Chyna, working the drive-thru, was absolutely the rudest person. Doesn’t listen while you place your order, cuts you off while you are speaking, gets an attitude when told the total/items on the board do not match your order. Gets an even bigger attitude when you ask to here your order back at the window then slams the window door. Horrible Service and even worse employees.
Your odds of quickly in and out are extremely 50/50. Especially through the drive thru, the now hiring signs are a huge hint to that. That said for the most part my orders have been accurate each time I've been myself, it's just the wait with the drive thru or even inside that can be a bit killer.
Service was a little backed up so I went inside the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. And everyone was smiling and had good energy.
McDonald's is not a restaurant that is under no contract. McDonald's is a regular restaurant. Thank You.
Listen I'm sure the food was good but I only ate two french frys. I literally only ate 2 and took 2 bites from my burger, because I ran out of time. Had to get to the door of my clients house, who live 2 minutes from the McDonald's. The mistake I made since I was in a rush getting to my client. I only touched the wrapping to get a bite from the burger, unfortunately I wasn't careful and touched my fries which were good and hot. So what could have happened. Hindsight is ... Yeah Yeah! While inside the McDonald's restaurant, to place my order I touched that filthy kiosk. Before eating, I forgot to wash my hands and ate 2 French fries that nearly killed me. Don't do like I did... Wash your hands, better yet wash them again.. Geezzz!!! Took me a whole week to get my body functioning normally... Symptoms-fever, body ache, was like a stomach flu for 12 hrs, etc. you get the point
The term fast food doesn't apply here. Never any strawberry milk shake. The price hike doesn't justify the dry tasteless regular hamburgers. I only stop because there is no other competition of this kind nearby.
