Words can not describe the terrible service at this location. The people there have the worst attitudes they never greet you or even smile. The cashier was on her phone and basically could careless about her job. I order a double quarter pounder with extra pickles, onions, and Mayo. My burger was cold and my fries were icicles. I will never order from this location every again…..
This McDonald's is horrible! I don't even understand why they have curbside because after waiting for 30 minutes or more you have to get in the drive thru to get your food and the the doors are always locked no matter the time of day or night.....Then how does a restaurant run out of cold drinks....They need better management!!
2 cheeseburgers 3$1 soft drink 1$1fries 1$And the very best cinnamon roll I've ever eaten in any fast food rest . Only a Baker could do better. Service quick excellent . Food above fast food expectations. Price terrific
Every time i go to this McDonald’s they never put salt on my first and missing items or wrong order. Not to mention the long wait times in the drive though . I could see if they were both open (Inside & drive through) but there not need better crew
I am a crew member of this store and I want to let everyone know that we are currently in the making of improving our store. I hate to see all of these negative complaints. I assure you that we are in the making of hiring and firing because obviously for the food to be messed up it had to be a human that messed it up.Thank you all for choosing McDonald's as your choice of dining.
NO HELP NO CUSTOMER SEVICE WHATSOEVER.. literally the Worst mcdonald's I've ever been too. Placed a mobile order and they constantly made it wrong. Then they forgot to even give me everything I paid for, all while everyone just ignoring you and being rude then asked to speak with a manager and the lady told me she was the manager, so I'm like wow if you're that incompetent and rude no wonder the rest of the staff is too. Just ridiculous to play with people time money and food this way
Tired of this place being manage and employees by ppl who don't car about the product they put out. The last 3 TIMES, MY FOOD WAS OLD AND DRY. and when I told them, they had a attitude for bringing it up. Do better!
We stopped for breakfast and got three blue Fanta freezes. Unfortunately for me, it wasn’t until I got to the end of it and popped the top off to swallow the rest in the bottom of the cup that I noticed it had a musty, spoiled mop smell in the bottom of the cup. I had my girls check their cups. One full, one mostly full and they both smelled the same. Like, did one of these workers do it on purpose? Or, was it an unsanitary storage issue? Like, I’m really nauseous and my mouth Is itching. When will we stop succumbing to the worlds’ rush and take the time to provide better for ourselves? These mf’s don’t love us!
This place is always forgetting something. The lady with the short hair cut that’s always a different color is always a j**** I came here the other day and the little light skin girl with bad skin didn’t give me a receipt and said it would be at the next window. I redeemed my points and paid for something that she didn’t have on the receipt. This is from the lady who is always a j*** mouth. I sat there telling her what I ordered and they couldn’t even provide me with a receipt. They took my money and didn’t give me what I paid for. I’m definitely never returning.And matter of fact in my daughter’s happy meal it was an egg and piece of ham in her chicken nuggets box.
Food was horrible! Just left from picking up food from McDonald's get home to be disappointed. I guess since they have the 2 for 6 deal going on they are making extra for backup my fish sandwich wasn't even a fish sandwich it was no tartar sauce, not even a full piece of cheese, my bread was hard, and the Nuggets were hard.
