Staff was not friendly at all except the drive thru cashier. They tried to cheat up with a small popcorn chicken and we paid for a large. The manager tried to ignore the problem until we would not exit the drive through. She tried to say the small container was the large? Ma'am we order this each week.? The chicken tenders were extra small.What happened to customer service this store has horrible management!!!?
Over an hour wait today after waiting at the window over 20 mins just to order and then waiting another 40 mins I had to walk inside to get my food and it was made wrong. On top of that the 3 workers there were rude and did not seem to be interested in taking any orders or being there. I understand their is a staff shortage and feel I was very patient and understanding but they were very unprofessional. I will definitely not be going here again.
Do not go to this Long John silver's, especially if you are on break from a job. You just might lose your job. While we were there a girl quit or clocked out, who knows! I honestly don't blame her because the GM had the nastiest attitude and disposition. They are already slow and I felt the GM could have had a better attitude. She could have been more of a team player so their homeworkers were a little bit more at ease. I know it is stressful, so it is even more stressful somebody nasty.
The chicken strips were cold but the customer service was top notch. Maybe next time my visit will earn 5-star.
The have the original KFC recipe the food was Hot and Fresh and Delicious and I can tell that they take pride in their job
This was just OK. I have a special place in my heart for honey barbecue wings and when I tell you... they let me down. I am not joking I got the 12 piece honey barbecue wing and it tastes like they watered down the barbecue sauce.. ew. The fact that you can get chicken and fish in one place is pretty cool. This is fast food and if that's what you're looking for go ahead and try it.
Customer service was poor,cashier refused to close the lid on my drink, it spilled all over my car. Nails were not clean very poorly groomed. Will never go back unless every fast food place is closed except KFC. This is not the first time cashier's were rude.
Very slow poor customer service, always forget something whether it's a fork for the Mac and cheese, whether it's napkins, a straw for your drink, the cookie with fill up boxes. Check boxes before pulling off service time will be okay especially if you are missing items on the regular.
I haven't had long john silver in years it was so delicious and hott. I wish they would put some back on the south side.
I know good food when I see it, and when I eat it, and I was delighted to see the Long John Silver's sign tonight when I was in Stone Mountain. I knew my dinner dilemma had been solved. I enjoyed the two-piece combo dinner with Hush Puppies, french fries, and a drink. The total cost was under $8, and the food was delicious. The person who took my order at the drive-thru was great, and a person who took my payment asked me to pull around to the front and said she would bring my order out to me. The wait was brief, and she was extremely nice. she was SO NICE, in fact, that after she went back in, I was sorry I had not tipped her. My Long John Silver's experience was great!
