The wings were SOOOOoo good i was wiping the bottom of the box with my finger to get ALL the sauce They were falling off the bone juicy. Cooked perfect.Pizza was great too. It's not in OUR neighborhood and it's actually out of the way but we WILL be going back.Sorry, no picture cuz it was gone just that fast!
Just left out of there. Usually have issues at this location, but it’s usually forgotten items. If I have my receipt they usually correct it. Tonight though, nope. No hot and ready’s were ready. That was fine. We get home realize we’re yet again missing an item. Mid drive back to LC my husband calls and text me a picture of a very burnt cheese “not ready” pizza. I show cashier picture, and she flippantly responds ”well, our pizzas come fresh out the oven, love”. So burnt is your standard?? Fix it, but they won’t as long as people are okay with bypassing sub-standard service for cheap pizza. I’m done.
I don’t know who was in there cooking tonight but that pizza was sooo good it was the best I’ve had in a long time.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service EVER. I ordered a Detroit deep dish style pizza. When I arrived home I realized the pizza didn’t have any sauce who does that? I called in to let them know the manager said she couldn’t do anything about it she said I could go and pick up marinara sauce. If I wanted cheesy bread that’s what I would’ve ordered I ordered a pizza who offers a marinara sauce on the side? who wants cold sauce? I paid for my order it’s not like it was free so therefore my pizza should’ve been made right or re made. This location needs a lot of work with their customer service or shut it down! Never again going to this location. Also for those are leaving 5 stars they must be employees or the manager bc there's no way ppl can have a great experience with this type of customer service.
Kay was the greatest!! The best customer service anyone could ask for!! I wouldn't recommend any other Little Caesars in East Atlanta....If you go anywhere else, you're wasting your money!!!!COME SEE KAY ASAP!!!!
When you come to this Little Caesar's location to pick up your pizza order, If the clerk at the register don't open up the pizza box to make sure you getting what you order, Always open the pizza box yourself to make sure you getting what you ordered before you leave out the door because its a high-chance they'll give you someone else's order.Unfortunately that what happened to one of my family members who ordered a pizza at this location ended up getting someone eles's pizza order because the cashiers didn't check it before they brought it up front at the counter ended up being a Half Pepperoni / Half Cheese pizza that was brought home instead of the correct 3 Meat Treat Pizza order. As I'll have to say only at this Little Caesar's location this is bound to happen & Most of the other LC locations I went to myself always made sure they open up the pizza box in front of you to make sure you getting what you ordered is correct to prevent any issues / wrong-orders.
I did not get a replacement pizza or refund after it was opened and exposed to germs on countertop. Employees were not wearing masks!
I've been here a bunch of times and never had an issue which is why they're getting a 3. But tonight we received the worst looking ICB I've ever seen. Burnt over 3/4 of it. I think the cook was too busy taking food out to his friends Really disappointing.
Pizza was nasty and old. Was overcharged. She charged me $5.59 and the advertised price was $5. I brought it to her attention, and she said that they change it, just haven't changed it on the board. Ok?
Worst experience. Ever even the manager wasnt. Helping the situation.gave my.order id been waiting for 20 minutes was told oh you have to wait another 5 minutes.while other customers are given the pizza i wait9 for .not to mention i was told you just have to wait and thats that.im older than her so dont talk to customers as though you're a child.period.im telling everyone i know not to patronize the location on redan road.
