Old and over cooked chicken Never answer the phone because they know it’s bad! Sides wrong half of the time!
The GOAT of KFCs period. Mic drop. I go to this KFC weekly to monthly (based on travel schedule) and have for 15 years. I live 1 mile away. This is by far and above the best KFC location I have ever been to. The food is consistently fresh and fast. I dine in mostly, but I do drive-thru and carry-out as well. ALL are consistently fast and fresh. This location as only gotten better over the years! Thanks Joanne and staff!
Came in last week. Food was ok. Noticed a lot of unprofessional PDA between manager “Crystal” and a (cook) that went by “TY or Tee”. A lot of contact went on between the two in plain view of customers who were waiting for their food. I would’ve gotten my order quicker if they hadn’t decided have love moments at work. Not a good example to show to employees you’re supposed to be managing, especially young impressionable ones. Very disheartening to say the least, this place needs an overhaul.
I ordered and paid for an 8 piece but received only 7 pieces of chicken and no receipt— probably because they knew I would figure out I had been cheated and they wanted to make it impossible for me to complete their survey to complain. Never again….
I placed an online order. All I can assume is that they canceled it before we arrived. Not only did we have to wait OVER AN HOUR for our order, there was no apology or offer of compensation from Joanna. We will NEVER be returning to this KFC again!!!
The food was good, but the customer service was awful. The manager that was there was very rude!(she had braids) I realize that sometimes in hectic situations it might be stressful but perhaps the company can allow upper management training courses to help them! I firmly believe that leadership is a direct reflection of your company. Hopefully I just caught her on a bad day!
I hadn’t eaten at KFC in YEARS so I decided to grab some for lunch. Mistake! First, the speaker at the drive thru was horribly low. So I pulled around to the window. Second, the cashier (don’t know her name as I see now that I didn’t get a receipt) looked as though I interrupted her day. As I started to explain that I pulled up becau…”what did you want?” Was her response. Yes! She interrupted me. I told her my order, the window shut, she brought my drink, took my card, swiped, handed me my food and card. Well they’re fast (reason for the second star) but rude as heck! Then third, I drove away and as I looked at my food I thought ‘what in the scrawny, dried, up piece of chicken and barely any fries is this!!!!?’ They won’t see me for ANOTHER 15+ years that’s for sure!! This is why it’s best to eat at home. What a waste of 6 bucks! (Highway 78, Stone Mtn location).
Went around 2:20pm and hands down the best chicken littles I just left memorial location, they’re hard and chewy. I tasted the fresh pickles at this location but memorial not so much.
I WENT TO KDC FOR LUNCH AROUND 12:20PM AND ORDERED 5PC CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES, AND GOT BACK TO MY JOB AND FRIES HARD AND TENDERS, COULDN'T EAT THEM FULLY, TO HARD AND SPENT $9 BUCKS, NEVER AGAIN. HARDEE'S CHICKEN TENDERS ARE MUCH BETTER AND FRESH. AND THE DRIVE THREW CASHIER WAS OK, AND DIDNT GIVE ME ANY KETUP.
Food was good and hot. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both were perfect. The people were friendly.
