I've visited this Long John Silver's 3 times over the course of several months. My family and I really love Long John Silver's but it's not close to home It's a bit of a drive for me. My first visit they did a great job, 2nd visit was kinda mediocre but, I figure maybe they haven't gotten their supply delivery yet and that's why we seemed to get the bottom of the barrel pieces of fish and chicken. I decided to give them yet another chance. We still received chicken and fish nuggets instead of chicken and fish planks. What gives?!?! It's not like Long John Silver's is a cheap place to eat especially when you have to drive a long way to get there. Very disappointing to say the least.

This was my worst experience with KFC ever the staff may be over worked. However, they were the rudest staff at KFC I have ever encountered. You are greeted with a smile or pleasant face. I asked if a key was needed to use the restroom was told in the most rude way that if the door is locked someone is in there and we can't lock it from the outside. Even tho the door had a key hole. Waited roughly 4min for my order to be taken. Another 10 min eating my food in the lobby. NO ONE CAME OUT THE RESTROOM. What did happen is one of staff members got the key and unlocked the door. Because I did not leave I sat and ate my food.

This place is horrible! I don’t normally do reviews and as a person that worked in retail. I completely understand the stress. But these people have horrible customer service skills. Every time I go, the cashier just stands there and doesn’t say anything through the drive thru microphone. No signs of the restaurant being closed. I was there at 9pm. No answer at the window as well. This not only happened to me once but I cameAround lunch time and still same lady, no answer. Please investigate the workers!

The customer service at this spot was Awful. The drive thru personnel was rude and unprofessional. I Ask for Hot sauce and the rudeness was unnecessary..No hot sauce??? But..the food was good. Had hot wings n ?

I just came from this location. Before pulling off the drive thru I took a few seconds to check if I had my eating utensil. The young lady had an attitude and told me if I wanted to check my food I would have to pull up. They are on time constraints. It was clear that she was irritated. I look in my rearview mirror and their was no one in the line behind me. As I drove around the building there were no cars in drive thru. So why was it an issue for me to check to see if my order is correct. I try to patronize businesses in my area but all I seem to receive is bad food or bad customer service.

I ordered a family meal and received half done biscuits, soggy chicken and when I sent my husband in to get a refund they told him "we don't give refunds!" I went inside to talk to them and the manager on duty was rude and told me, "look I already told your husband no refunds so all I can do is cook your order again!" After arguing with her for 5 mins and explaining to her that I don't want their food because1. I was treated horribly2. After coming inside I witnessed no staff wearing gloves or hair covers3. They lied and tried to hold my money hostageThey reluctantly gave me a refund. I will Never come here again!

This is the worst restaurant on Memorial Drive!!! They need to just do away with the whole restaurant!!(01/27/2022). Update: So I receive an update message from the owner, stating to "give them another chance" problem is this is chance number 5!! Instead I will help them, hire an independent company to hire personal, retrain or fire management members that are allow the behavior that is not reflective of your values as an owner. If you as an owner are excepting of this conduct the problem is bigger than any of us have thought. I am sure KFC as a company would not appreciate!!! If you must have KFC in this area the Tucker location was hands down better in my opinion.

I only gave this establishment the benefit of the doubt for a time because of past GOOD history, things've obviously changed for the worst over time, and I'm going to leave it at this(per yesterday's lunch break experience during which I was on hold at the drive-thru for a good 15-20 mins before heading elsewhere), apologizing repeatedly while people are lining up at the drive-thru & unable to place their order is NOT the business(when we can see clearly as we pull off angrily that people, workers included have been/are being served and are eating heartily undisturbed & unbothered by what's going on). Do better by the patrons or CLOSE, PERIOD.

This KFC has the worst customer service of any KFC I have ever been to. Even the manager complains about the staff. They are rude, hood, ghetto and ignorant when it comes to service. Plus, they always get the order wrong. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment.

Simply the best & freshest fast food mix in the whole state of Georgia! Friendly caring staff & delightful atmosphere..
