Came in with my family last week to eat our favorite dish here and my food was cold, corn tasted super old , the seasoning wasn’t even cooked properly it was terrible. What made it even more terrible is that our waiter was super nice to help me and went to speak to the manager for me to see if I could get a second order or a discount for the inconvenience and the manager flat out was rude to her employee and said no. I still ended up paying the tab and giving a tip to the waiter because she was great besides that please don’t waste your time or money coming here . Not worth it at all.
From the moment we walked in, the service was on point! The host sat us quickly & was very kind. Our server was Tanae, she was absolutely wonderful. She was very sweet, informative & attentive. Our food came very quick and was delicious! The drinks were good & strong!We love how bright, vibrant and inviting the place looks. And they have a DJ on Fridays! We love it here!
we went on a whim of a grandson instead of going to Red Lobster. It was GREAT. I would highly recommend it.
Sauce was watery. Definitely not 1 lb of food. I had got 4 crawfish. More sauce then food. Not going back .
My Wife had the catfish and it wasn't bad, I had the Ocean Perch which was basically burnt breading. I was peeling through it like I was picking crabs just to find the fish.
The worst restaurant I have encountered in a long time. First I was put on hold while trying to place order and I can here them talking to another customer taking their order. Then they verified my phone number to the other customer. They came back on the phone after taking the other customer order and I had to repeat my entire and again and tell them they are getting phone numbers mixed up. I placed my order. Then I got a phone call back from the kitchen stating an entirely different order with my phone number. I had to correct them again for second time.Picked up the food. I told them all I wanted was corn, potato, broccoli nothing Else. They added seafood in the bag and my daughter is allergic to certain seafood. This restaurant don’t listen when placing your order. Not professional. I had fried rice. They put the container of fried rice in the same seafood bag. The oil and all the juices spilled out everyone on all the container. It was greasy and nasty. I called back to let them I’m not satisfied and we had to give my daughter a Benadryl. Never had a seafood restaurant to be so callus when it comes to serving customers. I will never go back! THE WORST!!! CAUTION !
Delicious, every time I’ve gone the food has been amazing. The portions and legs are bigger than what I’ve gotten at juicy crab, plus more flavor. Love Juicy Crawfish!
I don't think it right to bite off another business name. I had this happen to me in my city. It's to hard building a reputation for someone to capitalize off your name. If I Google juicy c now both crab and crawfish comes up. Juicy crab took years to get there name up so it's not fair. I might be confused and think there owned by the same company which they might be but I doubt it. I don't eat juicy crab any more cause it always miss my stomach up so I'm not bias
The sauce is very bland not well seasoned at all. I was not thrilled at all! If you’re into flavor they don’t have that extra kick at all. The service was better than the food.
