07/01/2022I ordered a Exlarge white chicken only. First the service area is clean and friendly. My order was ready in less then 10 minutes.Now the flavor and aroma was wonderful. But the meat was dry. I put these sauce on it and it help alittle. Over all the I could use the meat for a sandwich. But dry white chicken is hard to eat. I hope this help, happy eating.
hmm, the food was subpar. When you first walk in the smell of jerk seasoning is engulfing. I will say however, once I got my order of jerk chicken I immediately knew it wasn’t authentic jerk chicken in my opinion. The sauce/ seasoning didn’t smell like jerk chicken and it definitely didn’t taste like it. The chicken was also very dry unfortunately. Also, I’m pretty sure they just used chicken breast and cut it up and baked it. I don’t believe the chicken was grilled, but of course I could be wrong. If you just want well seasoned chicken give it a try, however, if you’re looking for authentic jerk chicken, fresh off the grill with that classic jerk taste and sauce, this is NOT it. I actually went up the street to get some food from another Jamaican restaurant. Again, no offense, this is just my opinion. I’m giving three stars because at least it’s a black owned business and the lady at the front was nice.
Ordered 2 large pans jerk chicken for an event and was very dissapointed. They of course put the burnt pieces at the bottom and the chicken was overcooked and not very tasty. I spent $280 and was not pleased.
The facility was clean, the host was nice and the food was ready fast! Everything was fresh and the food was absolutely amazing! I loved it! My boyfriend and I got the large jerk chicken w/m meal with a side of Mac and cheese. I also loved the touch of music outside while you wait which was no more than 10mins! I highly recommend you try this place! If I could give this place more stars I would! I know authentic when I taste it and I will for sure be back! I LOVE IT! Thanks guys keep up the great work!
Love the food. I normally only get the ribs and chicken and shrimp. My husband got the salmon and wasn't impressed. Service is usually ok nothing to write about. Price point is reasonable. Your usually in and out.
Ordering process was simple and easy. My order was ready when I arrived, the chicken was slightly overcooked but seasoned mildly. If you want it hot, get the sauce.
BEST JERK EVER!!!! The young lady that works cashier made my experience AMAZING, Even made me try a new drink called Ginger ?!! I nearly lost my MIND!! LOL. Thanks babygirl I'll be back soon!! This time I will need a combo and my Ginger ?!!!
The food is great but.... Sometimes when i pay for a large order of ribs... It looks like it come in a small box.. I just wish they had different sizes containers. So i can tell the difference between a small or and a larger order
The jerk ribs and jerk chicken were on point. Well seasoned and not dried out. The mild sauce is sweet you can really taste the ginger and brown sugar. The hot version is the same but with either scotch bonnet or habanero added. The heat creeps up but fades away and doesn't burn your lips. Very Nice
The food was amazing, it's my first time buying from here. Love the atmosphere and customer service. 100% recommend for good jerk food. Mi luv it!!
