It’s been about 35 minutes since I was forced to place a to go order (dining room closes at 9pm ?) for an omelette and pancake combo.Closed dining room at a 24hr spot, extended wait time AND terrible service!Total disappointment.
Truly an awful experience! It was empty, but the service was still slow. The waitress took so long to bring our drinks (all waters) that another waitress was taking our order when the other finally got there with our drinks. When they brought the food out the waitress spilled syrup on the table and then proceeded to spray chemical cleaner right after placing the food on the table. We were not checked up on and nobody came. to refill our drinks. After we were ready to leave, it took almost 15 minutes just for the waitress to bring the bill. I do not recommend eating here!
The absolute best late night Mom and daughter team work @ this location. These two are an IHop dream team offering friendly and speedy service! I certainly recommend this location?
Omelet was hot and tasted great. The regular pancakes were dry and rock hard. Should improve when they get more help.
The Male manager is very unpleasant, the way he conducts business is very unprofessional. I sat near the kitchen with my wife and kids and all you can hear is him yelling at the employees. I dont usually make reviews but this is unacceptable conditions to work in. Someone needs to look into this more

This was the best IHOP I have ever been in. I had waffles, scrabble eggs with cheese, bacon, and shared a hashbrown with my wife. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection. EVERYTHING was hot. And the service was beyond compare. It was clear all the staffed worked together and gave their customers a possible experience. DID I SAY I LOVED IT?

I went on Christmas and although the lady was nice she talk too much. She didn’t charge me for avocado after I asked her to add it and I asked did tomatoes come on the omelette she said yes so I feel like I was charged for tomatoes as well because she rang me up twice due to HER not doing her job. It’s ok to be nice but shut up and listen ? I didn’t even eat it. The steak was nasty very cheap tasting. I tipped her $5 never again.
I used to love IHOP. A lot has changed over the years. Today, I placed an online order for pickup at the store. The wait staff was courteous. However, as I was pulling out away, my daughter discovered that her milkshake was missing. I pulled back in to parking lot to alert the staff. They quickly made the missing milkshake. I decided to make sure nothing else was missing. When I checked my bag again, I discovered that the scrambled eggs with cheese and the sausage links were also missing. The wait staff assured me that there was no problem. But, the kitchen staff basically accused me of lying! I clearly heard the cook say that he prepared the missing items, and they were in the bag. I was asked to bring the food inside to "prove" that it wasn't there! The wait staff and the kitchen staff argued back and forth while my order was starting to get cold. In the end, the cook finally accepted that the missing items were not in my bag and he did what he should have done the first time.
