Second time the egg has been forgotten. I ordered a steak egg cheese biscuit combo and a chicken egg cheese biscuit, neither had egg or cheese when I received it. took it back, got down the road only to find out that my chicken biscuit had gotten the egg and cheese, but my steak biscuit only received the cheese... sorry but the young guy at the window is a screw up, the older gentlemen was a beast and NEVER got it wrong.
Came here this morning and met the young lady Davina she was soooo great, welcoming attitude, she was so happy, and she really made my day that morning. Keep her as the first person everyone meets.
I guess the employees don't know what time they're supposed to open because the last 3 days I've tried to stop and get breakfast after 6 a.m. with no luck. Complain about wages but don't take no initiative, it's almost comical!!

My first two times coming here were amazing. The last few times, not so great. I get the same thing each time so I know what to expect. The last time, my porchop biscuit was so hard on one half that I couldn't even eat it. The time before that the food was so greasy that it came through the bag and onto my car seats. It was as if they didn't let it drain before serving it. At 7.50 for a biscuit, with hashbrowns and a drink you'd think I'd get some better quality food.
I'm giving 4 starts because people need to be more patient during these times. Inside dining was closed because of lack of associates. The drive through was slow, because of lack of associates. We ordered our food and were asked to pull forward around to the other side of the building. I asked to add onto my order and was told "no, I had to go through again". It wasn't a problem at all. We ordered our additional order, had to pull around again to get our food. The food was hot and fresh. The associates were all happy and had wonderful customer service.
$13 for two SINGLE patty burgers. The picture of the item showed two patties. Not eating there ever again. Not enough low-carb options and too expensive for what little food you get.
i dont come here alot but are pretty fast and tasty. i got the 1/3 pound burger
We "tried" to use the drive up at the location at Stone Mountain (dine in is closed). We were in line for 15min with 7 cars in front of us. When we realized they were taking the order of only the one car at the speaker, letting them drive to the window and give them their food BEFORE they would take the order for the next car in line, we got out of line to find somewhere else to eat. It was at 8 in the morning. It would have taken us another hour, if we were lucky!
Based upon my last TWO visits, if I could give negative ratings I certainly would!Two visits in a row, I have pulled to the drive thru order window, sitting for a good SEVERAL minutes, and received NO greeting to show the store is open and serving drive-thru meals.After circling the building to exit, I find another vehicle had pulled to the order 'box' and been acknowledged .... So I sit ...and wait... And wait...and wait until I finally pull away to find another place to spend my money!!Now look: I FULLY understand short staffing due to the current pandemic, free monies being handed out, etc.... But for heaven sakes, if ANY store has ANY hope of staying in business through this mess, at least acknowledge your paying guests!!!!
