This used to a staple dinner for my family in the early 2000s and it still holds up ENTIRELY! I was a little worried since I hadn’t been since i was a kid in like 2006, but this was phenomenal. I had such a wonderful dinner tonight, very filling and reasonably priced. The service was also quick and great; everyone was so kind. I will definitely be back sometime soon!!
I dont know what happened but they used to be my go to for lunch but I ordered fajitas and a side of queso dip and it came out to $29!! For no rice, no beans, no tortillas! I was appalled at the $8 charge for a small container of dip. Will find somewhere else going forward.
We eat at Mexican restaurants when ever we go camping. El Torero is a shing star among the Mexican restaurants we've visited. Great service and great food. Good serving sizes and killer Margarets.
Excellent chips and salsa and for the price the portion of food was quite nice. Delicious would definitely recommend. Just the service seemed to be unorganized but everything else was on par.
I've been to 3 of the El torrero restaurant and the menu is constantly the same and excellent. They have healthier choices and their foods not all greasy the way many Mexican restaurants are. All of the dishes that I have experienced are very tasty.
Classic Tex mex Mexican food. Super fast service. Great chips and salsa. Plenty of delicious options for vegetarians. Weekly lunch favorite.
I had the worst experience. The drink selection is subpar. The waitress was extremely rude. My guest and I sat at the table for 20 minutes as multiple servers passed our table. We asked for someone to come and take our food order and they never did.
When we first got there we thought it was going to be nice boy were we wrong. The server brought our drinks and took our order after that she was missing in action. We both had taco salads nothing in them but lettuce with very little else no refried beans, no guac or sour cream; all these items were extra unless you order it as supreme. That was our first and our last time there. Terrible food, great margaritas.
We were coming from out of town and we wanted to hit up some of the local spots because why would I eat at McDonald’s when they’re everywhere. First off this place charged me $40 for 6! 6! All they put on them was the steak cilantro and onions. Just looking at it I could’ve made a whole salad from all the cilantro and onions that were on it. It had more cilantro than tortilla. I don’t have a problem with cilantro but if that is the only thing I can taste then yea I’ve got a problem. There was so much cilantro it made me feel like they over ordered and was tryna get rid of it. The steak was dry, overcooked and tasted old. The employees were rude and kept rushing us to order. But I’m sorry if your menu is 6 miles long with vague descriptions, yea it’s gonna take me a minute. Plus it was a takeout order anyway so it’s not like we were in the way. Overall the food and service was just terrible.
Waiters/waitress was nice and efficient.Food was good ?The place is clean and has a lot of space for bigger parties.
