My friend girl and I went out to listen to the band. It was Father's Day so a small crowd. So disappointed to have driven from where we were 25 mins from home to 47 mins from home. I ordered a chicken Philly, I selected fries as my side. The food came out the fries were cold sandwich hot. I ask the young lady to touch/taste my fries because they were cold. She says I'll have them make you some new ones, ok thank you so much. I see her ten mins later and she says they should be coming out. At this point half my sandwich is gone waiting. The young lady comes back over and says do you want to order a drink while you wait for your fries. I tell her no I want to eat first we'll wait to see what happens. Another ten mins or more go by, sandwich is gone and still no fries. I see another young lady I ask her for the manager. A guy comes to the table baseball cap on, t~shirt on nice looking guy just looking at my friend and I. We're like ummmm hello sir like what's up he said you wanted me, I said oh you're the manager he replied yes. I explained story to him he says you still haven't gotten your fries yet that was 30 mins ago. He says I'm so sorry I'll get that taken care of ( I forget what he said verbatim). The young lady comes out who took my order and says the manger told me you hadn't gotten your fries. Shouldn't you know that if you were in charge of it. She is debating with me about how the kitchen is messing her and her money up. The fries finally come out and they were too not hot but to add insult to injury they had been cooked and then dropped again. It takes fries I would imagine no longer than 5 mins tops to get out of the grease. Such a disappointment from start to finish.customer service is everything on any level of employment. ???♀️
Yaya is the best bartender here I absolutely love her. I came in and told her to make me something sweet and strong and she bring me her signature drink called the yaya juice omg it’s soooo good just the right mix of strong and sweet. Request her when y’all come ❤️ Thanks yaya
Great service. Our waitress Janaya, the girl with the ponytails, was amazing. The music is great. The food is full of flavor. The drink are good and strong. I have me a go to spot when I visit home now! Thanks Dudley’s for the night!
Visited the new location on a Thursday night. Was not aware of the relocation. The new spot is amazing. Parking was a breeze. Guys frisked before entering. Kool. No problem. The inside is spacious. Bar area huge. Compared to the previous spot. The food was absolutely amazing. We had fried porkchops, mashed potatoes and broccoli; in addition to fried catfish w/the same sides. Superb. Customer service was excellent as well.Now the DJ on the other hand, not so good! I understand when sports are in season - now basketball season playoffs, the DJ will switch between the live game, music, and this particular night, Karaoke. However, my issues are: the DJ did a terrible job transitioning smoothly between functions. When he did decide to play music -it was a horrible selection. The DJ was very engaged with his liquor intake. NOT A GOOD LOOK for the business. Not saying the DJ can't have a drink but when it starts to negatively impact your performance; I would say that's an issue. Because of the DJ, I'm giving 3 stars. Music/vibe plays a major role in enjoying your night out or NOT.
I enjoy this play and the people I've come in contact with, I usually come on ? nights which is Tuesday late. But I went in for lunch one fri. And watch one of the staff handle a customer unset about a dollar up charge for using a credit card. The guy went on for like ten minutes. The manager im sorry the owner did a great job. I was Impressed with his patience with this guy.
Found where they moved to. Bigger spot. Wings still good. Drinks still strong. Great hookah!!! Reasonable prices and good DJ.
Came to the new Dudleys location and I had an amazing time. Hookahs were on point, drinks were amazing and my server was very sweet. The energy in this place is amazing and I will definitely be back. Try the grouper fingers and the ciroc suicide (thanks to Brittany for the recommendation) I had a great time with my friends.
Had a great time hanging at Dudley’s Sunday brunch! Pineapple mimosas were the bomb, smooth and on point. Fried Green Tomatoes were tasty ?! Hookahs were lit the whole time! If you have the opportunity, definitely hit them up!
