I got a text that my pizza was ready when I got there they had me waiting for about 45.00 minutes. When I asked about the Pizza I got nothing but attitudes so I left.
I ordered a pizza on line at 9:00 at night. After an hour, I called to check on the whereabouts of my pizza the was to be delivered in 30 minutes. At 11:15 still no pizza. Called again and asked Manager to cancel my order. The phone clicked. Ended up calling the corporate office where was promptly told “Not our problem “.
Been getting pizza here for a while, always great, and great people.But today it was extra great! Thanks to the young lady there today.
BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!this location screwed up my order mutiple times..mind you I only ordered 1-large pizza, half Pepperoni/chicken & pasta.. After they screwed it up for the 2nd time I encountered A very disrespectful so call male name Sean Walker! I asked for refund since I could not risk them screwing up the pizza for 3rd time.. AND I had been there far too long,.. He felt as if I was personally blaming him for the mistakes even though It was his fault the 2nd time,..he starting yelling & pacing back & forth like he wanted lay hands on me!! He told me I should NEVER come back,.. All this for complaining abt my order & requesting refund!! By the way,...WHY DO THEY HV KIDS working there?? 9yr & 12yr old.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I will not be returning to this location at all. Went here to pick up my order and was helped by a ghetto store manager, who is a overweight white female. She was very short with me for whatever reason and seems to be a little slow. I asked her were my dipping sauces inside and she quickly told me they were, knowing she didn’t check! I get to my car and check and guess what….. NO SAUCE. I go back in and her and her staff immediately tell me it’s no big deal and try to cut me off and get smart with me. Taking no accountability at all and no respect for others time , 0 customer service. Somebody else may have smacked her…but I’m saved✌?✌?✌?
This location, delivered unto me, a pizza that was WORTH calling and praising them for the love they put into it!! My first pizza was so good, I had to grab my phone and take a picture - because I wanted to savor that!After a few more slices went down, I went for a walk (calorie burn) and made sure I called them back to let them know they did a good job, so it wasn't too long in between. Not too many people do this! And I'm not looking for internet fame or being hyperbolic for attention when I say, "That pizza was magnificent!" ALL experiences vary, yes, but I bet you wish yours was as good as mine! :D :D :D Thank you, Miss Norah, GM (he didn't give a name...) & both delivery drivers! I'd love to relive that again!The one with the missing slice is a Medium 2-topping Steak & Provolone...The other is a Large 3-topping: Steak, Provolone & Jalapenos & Cheesey Bread w/ Spinach!Good job!
I ordered a specialty pizza and cinnamon twists from this location thinking that the quality of the food would be better since this location is relatively new. I was wrong. My pizza had absolutely NO SAUCE on it and the cinnamon twists were OVERCOOKED and dry. The icing tasted old and just not good. Corporate got in contact with the store and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Just disappointing. I want my money back.
We ordered just two medium pizzas, one with 2 toppings, the other cheese. The 2 toppings was missing 1 topping. I understand being short staffed, but that doesn’t excuse wrong orders & being TWO AND HALF hours PAST the estimated delivery time. Not answering the phone after several times, when I finally got ahold of someone, he was EXTREMELY rude & suggested no solution to the problem. I would NOT recommend ordering from this domino’s. Or even dominos period, the customer service is horrible.
The worst customer service, lady rolled her eyes and pizza had to much sauce and made me sick. I would not go to that location again.
Bad business, this people are very getho, not doing they job, I place a order since 4:28 pm, now is 7:23 pm, they telling me they can’t find my order on they system, I got charged $22.69, I kept calling them, non stop ? they finally say they found my order, but I had to wait another 30 minutes again, and she hanged up on me. I called them for refund, they said I have to call 1800 for the refund. I’m going to call Corporate on them.
