The Worst pizza place ever I came all way from Florida the same address, they couldn’t find it , the funny thing she call me and she said she is knows that area well but the address I gave her was wrong I said ok as long as I know it , waiting…. An hour and 30 minutes I called the supervisor is very rude she hung on me 3 times and she makes an excuse with the network, any ways …,
I am pleased to say how amazing my food was! My gosh!!!!Sooooo I got a pan extra cheese with spinach and garlic parmesan sauce and it was perfectly cooked.
Check before you go!I ordered square cut but they pie cut it and they don’t put my dipping sauce. Lucky I checked!
I had ordered 2 pastas via the Domino's app. When it said delivered, I looked outside since it was contactless but nothing was there. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I won't be ordering from them again. They've lost a patron.
WE live in Stone Mountain and have ordered from this location many times. This has been my experience for November-December 2021.Ordered pizza, delivered in timely manner. Opened box - slice missing!!??? Called store, offered to send pict, manager said no problem he will credit my order. He did not.Ordered pizza (December 27th) at 5:58. At about 6:15 it said our pizza was on it's way. At about 6:40, the tracker said it was delivered. It was not. Called store and no answer. I drove to the store was told the tracker was not accurate and we WOULD get our pizza.Person on duty was ALONE! One person working. And that person was running around trying their best but they told me my pizza was on the way, they would not give me a refund or cancel my order to call the corporate office.Went to McDonalds (ugh) and went home. Pizza delivered a few minutes after 8:00 PM. We refused the order. I have sent an email to the corporate office and they acknowledged they received the email and that is the end of that. No other response. If you order, do pick up. Do NOT do delivery. That was $50.00 for 2 pizzas, geez. Never again!
I walked in and NO ONE acknowledged me. Not a single person. And there were several employees. No one said “hello” or “I’ll be right with you” or anything. It’s as if I was invisible. There was a guy at the counter, but he had his back turned and was texting then he walked away. I stood there for minutes and no one said anything.
Worst experience. Order at great risk of not receiving order. No way to contact store after ordering and being charged AND NO delivery of pizza. Manager does not answer phone. PLACED ON HOLD FOREVER. This location once very good is NOW poor and disappointing. After twice a failure within a one month frame, and other reviews, this is a new pattern for this store and management. We demand better for our community. Will not order from this location. Community standards discussion and plan for this establishment is requested. The delivery drivers for this establishment have always been kind and professional.
I waited over 3 hours for my delivery pizza, and the Domino's tracker erranty said that it was close, and was not. Ya'll need to do better. 0 stars
Worst domino I have ever been to do not go here ! I order some pizza they had me wait for 3 hours then I called bck they said it was delivered it was never delivered!!! So I went to the store an they tried to have me reorder then then gave me sim un tossed bbq chicken an uncut bread
Domino's never fails. Pizzas are good and any side items that we order. The ingredients are fresh and our orders always arrive on time.
