Ordered $40 worth of pizza never received order tried calling store that night no answer tried calling for 3 days to get refund they will not answer phone. Called and emailed corporate they told me franchise owner would call me 2 days later still no call. They are always late cold pizza or no delivery at all and then they keep your money and do not deliver. Do not order from this store. Awful service they know they did not deliver my pizza and don’t care with no follow up. Some driver kept the tip and ate my pizza but you can’t even get someone to fix as they will not pickup the store phone.
Ordered this pizza for delivery mid afternoon. Was delivered by a very professional, well groomed, and nice associate named Danyale. She was super pleasant and hand off was seemless. I ordered the Pacific Veggie and added chicken, also switched out for garlic parm sauce. OMG....mouth ORGAZ!!!! Whomever prepared this pizza did an amazing job, and I give kudos out. I will Def order from here again and appreciate the time and effort they put into preparing this amazing pizza! Made my day.
Evidently I'm not the only one who has been scammed for a prepaid order that was never received. I received the text that it was leaving the store and that it was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and I have upset kids that never received their pizza. I will be calling cooperate Khylen you won't get away with this one! Please do not order from this location or from Domino's at all this is ridiculous!
Stole my prepaid delivery order (tip included) as well. The store isn't answering calls and after the automated message plays claiming my order was delivered, then there's complete silence on the line? I waited on the silent line several times for more than 5 minutes at a time with no success in getting through to anyone. Google says they're open until midnight, my order was falsely marked as "delivered" around 1030. I've been trying to sort this out for an hour now. I wish they would've just cancelled or declined my order. How do you get a full refund? They've made it so frustratingly difficult! I will report the charge to my bank as fraud if that's what it takes.
The worst store possible. Do not pay in advance, period. They have blatantly stolen prepaid food 3 times. Unfortunately they are the only store that delivers to my address. Completely unprofessional, do not bother to call or text, they do not answer calls and need to be shut down and replaced. This time it was the manager that did the delivery and my family yet again is going without the food we ordered. This stores service is entirely unacceptable and I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau, dominos corporate, and the georgia secretary of state.
I have been going to them for several years and one thing I can say, is they always most of all the time have my food looking really good. Never really remember having issues with them. If I did, it's very seldom and the positives out way the negatives..
Ms.Carol Nick and Destiny were absolutely Awesome!!!! I ordered a pizza for the kids on our vacation I put the wrong addy for the AirBNB but MsCarol and MrNick acknowledged my flaws and with no problem made us a fresh pizza!! They were Soo pleasant..even the delivery driver Khaled (sorry if that's wrong spelling).And Ms Destiny gave my baby joy with her pizza making!! He said he only wants to eat her pizza!!! Thanks Soo much guys thanks Again !! Keep the Good Vibes going!!!! I love to recognize good customer..and they all were Superb!!
Bought slice the price card and waited on the phone for 20mins because you have to speak to the local store. Never heard from anyone so I gave up. Not worth it.
This store needs to get their act together. I ordered and paid for a pizza to be carried out through their website. I arrived after the alloted time and checked in to collect my meal. They had me wait seven minutes just to tell me it was going to be an additional 45 mins.It only takes a pizza six and a half minutes to bake in the oven. There is no reason for carry out orders to take one hour and fifteen minutes, especially after being quoted for less than thirty.
This Domino's may be the reason I never buy from them again. I have been a customer from 10 years but never again. Because I incorrectly entered zip codes associated with my card, the store withdrew the charge amount 3 TIMES the actual cost.The Manager has not contacted me, refunded me or offered anything to remedy the problem. Customer service from hell.
