One word. Horrible! They served me stewed chicken that obviously had been cooked the day before because it had gelatin that forms on reheated chicken. The employees are rude and the food is garbage. Don’t spend your money here!
Go on and take all of my $$ . I come here a few times a month and am never disappointed in my meals. Everything I've tried has been great ( all of the soups,, oxtail, eschovic,jerk wings and the brown stewed anything are really good.) Expect a wait because there's almost always a decent sized line but it's worth the wait.
The jerk wings were flavorful with right amount of heat. The curry goat was blah. Not great but not bad. Good enough for me to give it one more try.
Sooooooo GOOODDDD omg. And the perfect price! My bestfriend and I flew in from Miami and stopped here for lunch after Atlanta Jouvert. We got the stew chicken with cabbage and plantain and the gravy was everythingggggg. Literally one of the best we've ever had. That's including restaurants in Jamaica and Miami!
Absolutely the most delicious 2 plates of Jamaican dishes I have had at a restaurant in a while. Beef stew and brown stew chicken, simply mouth watering and tasty sides of cabbage and plantains. Meats seasoned to perfection! Spiced just right. No wonder my brothers prefers this as their Go To restaurant. I enjoyed every last bit. Can't hardly wait to try Curry Goat, Fish, and oxtails next....
Ordered large oxtail dinner and was given the end pieces which are super small. 4 pieces wouldn't even be equivalent to one normal size oxtail. I asked the manager to correct it and she refused, saying that there was nothing wrong with the order. I paid $24.99 for a plate full of bones because there was barely any meat on them. I definitely won't return! I had to call my bank and dispute the charge when all she had to do was correct the issue. So who is on the losing end? Very poor customer service. Save your time and money, go somewhere else if you want Caribbean food! I have a photo too so do your thing! You should work on your customer service skills because you are definitely lacking there! My only mistake is that I should have read the reviews before hand, I see someone else had the same issue with the small tails, oops I meant oxtail LOL!
When I used to go there I would get the Brown stew Fish with rice n peas and a salad. And the food is good no doubt about that, but the customer service is terrible. The wait time is crazy even when you call ahead. And the cashiers are rude and too occupied doing other things they don’t hear you correctly when you place an order. I ordered my usual and they brought me something totally different and then got mad at me and said that’s what I ordered. Lady how are you gonna tell me what I ordered. Whatever happened to customers always right? Smh I had to literally threaten the cashier and owner to get my money back. I mean I like the food I would go back but they told me never come back they don’t want my service so I never returned. Foods good but y’all need to get nicer ppl for y’all establishment.

I asked for fried chicken. They gave me some old dried up chopped chicken parts smothered in some nasty sauce. The sauce covered my rice as well. I didn't check my order before I left. They got me. Won't happen again..
