Placed an online order and got home and found they only gave me one side. When I called Anthony asked what was missing. I said new potatoes and he asks what they are because he doesn't know. He said they are out of them and I asked then why are they available for the online order. I ask why didn't they substitute something else or call me? No accountability. I always tip a couple dollars when I pick up online orders from them but THEY HAVE LOST A STEADY CUSTOMER. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.
Very good Southern cooking. We tried the Mac and cheese, the cornbread,the creamed corn, pecan pie, sweet potato soufflé. For the manes we got chicken fingers, and almond crusted trout. The almond crusted trout was outstanding.Their salads also look very good.They have jalapeño cornbread which was very moist and perfect.
I went because they advertised they had "Country Fried Steak" It was not. It was like salisbury steak with brown gravy. It definitely was not country fried steak.
We would come every Sunday and service was good. However it is horrible now. The customer service in the carry out is horrible. They say the same items on line are the same, that is not true. They don't know what is on the line. It took 35 minutes to get food from take out. And you can't go through the line. Will I can spend my $50 some where else and not have to drive a long distance there anymore. I will make sure my Facebook friends are informed as well. Like I did when y'all were good. No longer a customer!!!
I've been eating here about once/month since it opened. This was my first trip back in 2 months due to the pandemic. First, the restaurant has gone above and beyond to ensure physical distancing and guest safety. I observed lots on changes on the food line and in the dining room. The food was great and the service was delightful! I'll be back later this week!
We were introduced to this cafeteria just recently, and we are excited! They have good fresh food, great selection, reasonable prices, and very friendly helpful staff. Yes,--it is a cafeteria, and not fine dining--but it's a great place for a good meal at a reasonable price.
SRP is a small environment that has done wonders for our child.
Always good food and a vast selection. Prices are very reasonable and the staff really is helpful. We come here at least once a m,onth.
I've eaten here on and off since they opened. I like my food "hot" and when they opened there must have been some problems with their steam table as I never got hot food. Much better now, but their bread (rolls, muffins, etc.) will never melt butter. One other issue--they always have a large bowl of tossed salad (lettuce, tomato, etc.) but it is drowning in a huge amount of white dressing (looks like mayonnaise or ranch). I've mentioned this to the staff more than once and even wrote a comment card once...but no change. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They get lots of good reviews--maybe I'm more discriminating!
