They never fill up the hashbrown box. only got 16 in a large when you are supposed to get 26. last time was only 14. Prices keep going up and quantity and quality goes down. Even the size of the chicken for the biscuit is very thin and smaller.

While we could tote on the quality of Chick Fil A food, we all remember their high quality customer experience moments. So after picking up a catering order, only to arrive to a dead car, we were grateful for Madison’s above and beyond can do spirit. She ran to get her personal jumper cables to try and help us. While we couldn’t figure it out, we were especially grateful for her willingness to try.

Allie ALWAYS gives top notch customer service and so does the gentleman who always wears the hat. Was happy to see Allie training a new employee. Only one issue I've ever had was a mix up with a drink but that was during peak lunch hour so NBD. They are quick to fix things or offer more assistance. Inside has a great consistent atmosphere too.

Allowed me place an order for breakfast on their website. I paid $30+ for the food and the order was placed before 10:30. I drove 15 minutes to get here and they told me they wouldn't make my order because it was now after 10:30. They never called or provided me notice of this. To make things worse, they did not provide any consideration for me driving 15 minutes for no reason. Only thing they did was refund my money. Very disappointing. I won't be coming back to this location unless something is done.

Hey franchise owner. I’m 50. How about you see to it that the 16 year old children you have working at the drive through don’t address fully grown adults as “bossman” The way Jonathan did this evening 3/18/22. “Here’s your food “bossman”. He’s lucky he didn’t get smacked. Did you teach him that franchise owner? Clowns. Won’t be back.

By far THE WORST Chickfila I have ever been to. They were trying too hard to be fast and messed ip my order 3 times….and had the audacity to continuously ask for the receipt just to keep messing it up.

One of my favorite locations. Customer Service- superb! My order is always right and fresh. I just don't like how some customers pull out of the drive thru like they don't have a stop sign.

This Chick fil A is Better than nearby locations.It was SUPER FAST.So fast my food was waiting for me at the window!I love the buttered biscuit with jelly and this location makes it to standard.Hopefully they make this a training store.A BIG THANK YOU to this team for a Superior Job well done!

I loved the fact that I could place a deferred order. It was perfect for my Mom's 75th Birthday Celebration. One out of 6 orders was incorrect when I got to the celebration. I was in a hurry and didn't check before I left. Overall, this is still the main Chick-Fil-A our family will visit.

I came through a few weeks ago and their system to get customer through fast without compromising customer service is amazing- Katherine took our order & did a phenomenal job! Also the food here was really fresh with a good amount of meat. I also called a few days later at a busy time but they still picked up and were very kind and friendly!
