I was not impressed with their service today particularly. Generally the service is good but today, I went in and ordered only frosted lemonade. They served all the people waiting including those who came after me. There were about six employees walking about doing nothing. I inquired about my order only to find out it was not labeled so it was just sitting there.
Chick fil A memorial drive has let me down a few times. Today was the first time I’ve eaten here again in over 2 years and I gotta say they’ve improved a lot. I came around 8pm and I have to say Kory is the face of this store. He Carries his self so well and is polite and actually makes me feel welcomed here. Leadership skills are above and beyond. Keep it up memorial drive Chik fil a ! Lots of improvement from 2 years ago. Even the staff at the window were great ! Good fresh food , great customer service. This stores operator has a winning team !
My family and I visited this location and ordered from the curbside. A young lady (won’t name) in training tried her best to deliver our meal. Unfortunately about 3 items were missing and she had to return. I ordered an ice cream come and to my dismay it was delivered upside down with the cone on top in a cup. After bringing the cup back twice then she told us that ice cream cones are not permitted in curbside. This was a shock to us since when using the mobile app it did not say so. She then quickly told me if o want one I would have to walk inside and get it myself. This was no problem but the young lady then rolled her eyes which my mother then proceeded to remind her as she’s training please remember to inform customers and be kind. Not once did she say my pleasure. Once entering inside she hid behind the counter not wanting to assist me. That’s when her trainer, Jordan Jackson stepped out with a beautiful topped cone worthy of praise quickly giving me a new bag of fresh fries due to my old ones. She quickly handled the matter and explained the change in protocol as she walked me back to my vehicle. She remained professional, with a great attitude and like myself unbothered but the mistakes. Sometimes it’s just about how you handle the issue. I hope the young lady in training learns this in the future. Wish her well, no eye rolls were necessary! However Jordan J is management material and would be the reason why anyone in my family would return to this location. Great leadership, Jordan! Wish you well.
I did a mobile order and got to the restaurant. They told me pull to the side and made me wait for more than 15 minutes. After i got my order i went home and opened the bag the only thing they gave me was a salad no fork no Condiments. I guess i should have checked my order before i left
I am very shocked. I have been going to Chick-fil-A since I was a little girls in the 70s and 80s in Ohio. This is the first time in all of those years that I have had rewarmed hash browns and eggs that can't make the cheese melt. This has really solidified me cooking before I leave my own house.
This chick fil A like all the others always gets it right. From customer service to efficient wait time. The staff was positive and greeted me and wished me well as I left to enjoy my food choices. They are the best thing on Memorial Drive as they are respectful and appreciates their customers. Good job!
The manger stated “IT WAS MY FAULT I FORGOT TO COMMUNICATE THAT I DIDN’T WANT CHICKEN ON MY MARKET FRESH SALD”! Enough said and I don’t want this location to have anymore of my business but if you go to the REVIEWS AT THE TUCKER LOCATION you will see my entire salad fiasco and Vicky took care of me! Ample parking that doesn't get jammed behind a long drive thru line; late lunch to about 10 minutes to arrive to my table (fast-food that delivers to your table, fancy right?), and they got my custom order 90% right (I asked them to hold the honey BBQ and provide mustard, but they did neither though there's mustard packets available)
I love Chick-Fil-A but this location is terrible. I come here a lot because it’s close to my job but every time I come something is wrong with my order whether the food is cold, something is missing or the order is just wrong. They need to do better they are making chick fil a look bad!!
Waited half an hour just for a sandwich mobile order. Been a customer here for 8 years but will never come back. Employes just wanna get paid, dont wanna work!
