Honestly, you're about as hit and miss as you can with if it's going to be quick or if you're gonna be here in the drive thru for almost thirty mins. I've been there in the afternoon on a weekday and it's been quick, been there in the evening on a weekday and weekend and have spent probably 30 mins or so in the drive thru alone.I've never had an issue with my food not being hot or issue with taste, but beware regarding how long it may actually take you to get your food.
Slowest location on earth. Takes 15 minutes for one order to be prepared. And the customer service is poor. Real ghetto employees.
Food was hot and ready but this place lacks great customer service. Very rude and slightly disrespectful. Employee Training on customer service is highly recommended. Although the food was good, immaculate service goes along way which brings the customers back. Unfortunately, based on my experience I will not be spending money at this location again
They need more workers! The drive thru took about 30-40 min wait. Like isnt this fastfood? at that drive thru ?!?! And the food still came out cold. I threw up 20 mins later

I ordered twice from there and both times horrible!!! always missing food, food never warm not even close never fresh, sloppy, and apparently very rude to the Uber drivers… never will I ever order from here and advise u don’t either not I read on a Yelp review last month a roach crawled out her bag and with that being said…
They're not suppose to close until 4am but every night I get off from work they're closed at 130/2am. Workers are there but I guess actually doing your job is a problem. They get paid to stand in the datk
My sister and I went to Checkers, and while I would like to say I had a pleasant experience, but that would be a lie. The first problem started with just ordering the food, the employees didn’t seem prepared to serve their customers. We ordered (2) chili dog combos, (1), 2 double checker cheeseburgers for $6. (2) Big Bufords, and (1), 2 for $4 checker cheeseburger. We got (2) fish sandwiches (that we did not ask for, but were charged for) we were short changed (1) of the 2 double checker cheeseburgers, and they didn’t even give us straws. Luckily, we checked our food before driving home, so we circle back and let them know. Completely Unprofessional. The employees seemed to lack all training, and that does include the manger, to whom, we explained the issue. She closed the window; with us still talking, she didn’t even seem to care. The manger went on to say that they couldn’t provide our chili dogs because they didn’t have the proper containment, a problem that we’d already been aware of, the cashier previously told us that she’d have to wrap them, we were fine with that. However, we were not fine with being charged for something we didn’t ask for. ie the fish sandwiches. Or the blatant disregard for our problem. Nevertheless, we cooperated and took the refund for the fish sandwiches, accepted that we wouldn’t be getting her children the chili dogs, and would have to get something else. So we did, get something else. The drive in line was too long at this point, so I got out, and did the the order outside.(1) 2 checkers cheeseburgers for $4, and (1) 2 double checker cheeseburgers for $6. My total was $10.80. I got home, the order was still wrong. We will not be considering this establishment anytime soon, and I strongly urge you to check your food before, driving off.
