OMG, they closed in the middle of a long line because they were short staffed! We were waiting for a while and they were not communicating what is going! After we all got off our cars and and asked! they said the will not serve for an hour and half because they are short staffed!What is it with @Burger Kings in Atlanta!!!The chain customer service has been consistently disappointing!!!The only reason that I go there because my father and I liked their burger! But after too many let downs, I think I might finally give up on the B-King!
T.C IS AN ANGEL.. HER GENEROSITY WAS EXTREMELY TO ANYONES EXPECTATIONS!! SHE IS PLEASANT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO HER CUSTOMERS. I WATCHED HER FROM THE TIME I ENTERED THE RESTAURANT AND SHE WAS MOVING EXPEDITIOUSLY TO SATISFY ALL CUSTOMERS. SHE MAKES A GOOD ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND PLEASE KEEP HER ON BOARD, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN ALL FAST BUSINESSES! I LOVE HER ENERGY AND ITS VERY CONTAGIOUS! I had at the best experience, while I was on vacation I stopped in at this Burger King and Let me tell you the GM was so nice, she made sure our large order was correct. I think she heard my little ones in the back seat of my car. All my order was fulfilled correctly the first time with all that was going on. we enjoyed our breakfast. Well Done.

Worst experience and customer service I've had. I ordered online for pick up in the drive thru a hour before I arrived. I got there and was told I had to pick up in the store,I go in and I'm told there is no order for me. I try to show her the order on the app and that it has an order number and was paid. I'm ignored for another 20 minutes ,she asks my name and I told her. She asks someone else to help me because she can't understand my name it's african or something she says. The other woman walks past me and doesn't acknowledge me at all. I'm told to move because I'm in the way of the other customers. Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money Here!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!
Ordered through the app. Store claimed it never received my order. Clerk gave attitude over the intercom and would not provide a number to contact the manager. Never again.
I would love for their food to come out looking like the pictures but that’s not gonna happen I would be just as happy if the food was hot apparently that’s not gonna happen and the people are rude there, would never go back
Food was half cook and hard!!!! Need a new store manager and the location is to nasty outside… but the little guy who was at the window was to sweet
