This store needs help who owns this store? For me to get great service this wk and to find out the new manager is already gone that is sad.. this store been going down for months… you got her and now she’s gone… There is no crew I’ve seen the same workers 5 days straight..the young lady was there when I got breakfast lunch and dinner she was very nice you can tell she is tired… she must be new the old crew moved slow she needs help it is a good look she trying to get the store together.. the lobby is disgusting they don’t clean I would like the owner to reach out to me..
Every time I come to this location I have to wait 30 minutes inline just to place an order. There was only 2 cars in front of me. This place has no respect for people’s time. Fire everyone and start over. Businesses are in business to make money. Burger King could have more money if people actually worked. Everyone wants to get paid but don't want to work. This is ridiculous. I only gave 1 star because I had to.
Mistake number 1. I pulled into the drive thru and got trapped. 3 cars ahead of me, and I waited 37 minutes before I got to the service window. Mistake number 2. I ordered extra pickles. Normally I would think that maybe this would get me maybe 2 more pickles? Well, I got at least 10. Mistake number 3. I ordered extra mayo. The Hamburglar got ahold of it at that point, and my burger was literally swimming between the box of pickles and maybe a half cup of mayo. Almost un-eatable, but I toughed it out .Maybe they think this is funny? I dunno. Also ordered a double. Got a single patty. Too hi-tech to get the extra patty installed I guess. Either way, this place is going down the tubes in flames. Just read other reviews. Never going back. Ever.
It seems as if no one at this location, cares about the quality of food that is served here 5267 highway 78 stone mountain. I got home to find my whopper bun was ice cold...there was no receipt in the bag, and to top it off, the online number for this location is changed to an UNLISTED number... wow. The Burger king franchise has really gone down.
They had 8 cars pull around and park up front to clear the drive through line. Just let the line back up so people know not to stop here. They get you to the point of no return before you realize it's a 30 minute wait for sub-par food.
This location has definitely come up. I believe management has changed and they’re not as short on help as they used to be. I live in the area and i frequent this burger king a lot, whatever the change may be i appreciate it and its about time. Keep it up guys!
I normally don’t write any reviews for any restaurants especially fast food for that matter but this Burger King off of 78 across the street from Shell gas station is the most awful and atrocious Burger King I have ever been to and have ever experienced. I worked for Burger King as a young person and the customer service here does not lineup with the core values of Burger King. We waited 5 minutes or more when no one was in line just to be told “can you please hold” when I pulled around because I didn’t order for waiting so long the cashier was standing at the front counter doing nothing. Just a very horrible experience I would not recommend this store to anyone not to mention my food was cold which is the very reason why I went back and still had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to answer the intercom just bad!!
I have always had great service at this Burger King every time I go through the Drive Through until this evening. I waited over five minuteswith only one vehicle in front of me which i thought maybe they were closing but when i was greeted the young man was totally rude. He tried arguing how long I had been in line and telling me I had to go back in line?? Then he told me there isn't a line. I asked to speak to a manager. He refused. I went and looked at the line. There was now four vehicles visibly in front of me now. I left figuring I'd be in line for an hour. I hope they start having better customer service again.
Their drive thru is awfully slow. I waited 47 mins and only 1 car in front of me. I only ordered a Whopper sandwich with cheese. My order was ice cold I told them to remake it I waited 15 minutes more then I got my order back only the bread was hot the inside was cold so basically they put it in the microwave. I swear if I get salmonella poisoning from this I will sue this company I have a receipt . This is the only thing I've eaten today. The inside lobby is always closed I will never come here again
Everything wss weird, dark...no lights on and it took forever for the girl to come to the window. Then my Impossible Burger was slimmy
