Where do I start. Still my go to place. Best service, the employees are great as well. Long story short. My battery died and the OWNER, Martin, had just pulled up, one of his,employees, had cables(praise God) . He helped with our problem. I am very grateful that he showed up and he was so nice. Thanks everyone for the great, hospitality. You guys should give them a try..
My daughter bring my grandbaby there to get ice-cream and when she eat to the bottom of the cone she almost swallow something look like the shell of a bullet. I return to complain and the kids offer a refund while I spoke to the manager on the phone and he was very rude. Telling me that he have grandkids and nothing like that never happen to them while they eat their. I will be calling the corporate office. I will not recommend my children go back there again. They have all children working there. I am very disappointed by the manager response.
Well this bruster's usually never disappoints so I travel to Rockbridge when I have a Bruster's like 3 minutes from my house. On this occasion there was a new guy there. I ordered 2 scoops. Now the small cup is really small. But my portion of ice cream never disappoint for the 5 bucks you spend until this time. When I tell you I think the young man was scared to put a scoop of ice cream in that cup. I think my 2 scoops together made 1 scoop. I would have probably did better on this day to have went to Dollar General and bought an overpriced ice cream. I probably would have gotten a little more ice cream than I got on this visit. I had a child's portion of ice cream. It didn't even come to the top of the cup with 2 scoops. So disappointed when you've driven out your way to support a location. I always give a location 2 times to jack up my order before never returning. So I will go back. But if I see that young man back there, I will make sure I go to the next person
Great service! They get your order right every time and aren't so busy during the day on weekdays.

This location is one of the worst. The times posted on goggle are not correct. They don't ever seem to be open and the customer service is not good. It seems like they are only open Saturday but close at 8pm! Change your hours on goggle to match the business hours. I no longer go to this location. The owner is also not the friendliest.
I've been coming here for years and I've never had a problem. Great place to get ice cream would definitely recommend to everyone.
I used the app to place and pay for an order. Go and wait at the expected pick up time at the online order window to be fully ignored by all employees. Have to go and get in the JUST NOW ORDERING line to finally make it the window to realize that my order hasn't even been started .. over all time since ordering and getting ONE milkshake in my hand .. nearly a friggin hour.?
I really go there for the Nathans hotdogs. Love them....and the fries
