The customer service is great! I appreciate that. However, this one runs out of favors often at least in the last week I have been. Also, for some reason the ice cream doesn't seem to be as cold compared to other Busters. The new flavors are very tasty!Editing my review after going for the last two weeks the ice cream is much colder. They have definitely improved!!!
I had a great time eating some delicious ice cream at your location today. With these hot summer days in Atlanta, the kids can appreciate a little mid-day treat and I certainly can appreciate the smell of a freshly made waffle cone topped with two scoops of butter pecan creamy ice cream. The service was excellent, even though the line was long due to the heat and everyone wanting something cold and sweet to eat, it moved quickly. Great ice cream and excellent service made my family's day.
The service has definitely improved at this location. The group of young ladies working there now are awesome! They were out of chocolate turtle and I asked if they were going to continue getting it. The manager came and explained that they were out of the ingredients to make it, but they should have it again next week. He was very nice and I was surprised that he even came and explained. Keep up the good work!

Came here at 820 pm today. We were deciding on which ice cream to take. Took us 10 mins to decide. There were no other customers, just us. And.... When we went to the window the lady just says she won't take the order cause we were too late to order. She was just chatting on the phone, store was still open but she just refused to serve. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Please avoid this place if you can.

I went to Bruster's Real Ice Cream on Tuesday afternoon. The temperature outside was over 91 degrees. I waited about 3 minutes before Nishesh (an employee) came to the window. I was indecisive on which treat to buy.I was talking to Nisesh about something he said I don't have time and he's busy. What you busy!! Hey said if you going to buy buy.Nisesh service was rude, disrespectful. I had the choice not to buy and write a review about this business at this location.I will not disclose my occupation, I will forward my complaint.If you want to give away your hard earned money come here if not, patronize another Brewer's Real Ice Cream.Nisesh you receive a a half star. Poor service.
