Stopped in after work to finish up some emails and grab a beer before heading home. Sat at the bar. Plenty of space. Not too packed around 6:00 p.m. only disappointment was the fact that there were no drink specials for a Monday afternoon at 6:00 p.m. most of the bars in the area, including some right across the street have weekday drink specials and it keeps the crowds coming in consistently. Something to think about Applebee's

I must say had it not been for the Brownie bites and Front of House manager, the rating would have been much lower. The waitress was unknowledgeable about the drink menu, this was after she watched us from the corner for 3 minutes before coming over. We went with the burgers, which were charcoal like, the fries were plentiful but 35% were the brown ones that get left at the bottom of the bag. Overall, C minus.
This Applebee’s service was excellent. We were greeted as we entered the restaurant. Food was hot and tasty. We will visit this location again.Restaurant was nice and as well as the bar area. Server were nicely dressed and attentive to customers. No long wait of serve and food.?
First let's start by saying we waited 1hr before I had to say is anyone working this section. 2nd then we waited another 30 mins for our drinks. Well everyone didn't get the drinks. Then she came back to say we are ran out of this lemonade, then everything we ordered they just ran out of. Then after we placed our order it took another 30 to get the appetizers but everyone didn't get theirs. After that I was feed up. Was only allowed to order one drink because by the time we received our drinks the bar was closed. After all of that we asked to see the manager. One of my daughter's never got her appetizer nor her food. Instead of giving a discount for the horrible service he said if you give a review and give 5 stars everyone gets a free dessert. I understand there is a shortage of workers but when people come in and be seated the same time and they got their drinks,food and bill and paid and was leaving I have a problem with that. The food was mediocre but mine was dry. First and last time at this applebee's. Matter of fact it seems like most applebee's have the worst service. My last time ever eating applebee's.
Service, bartender and food were awesome ! Always love coming here on a Friday and having a good drink. The spinach dip is the best in town and of course you can’t be the $5 drinks!! Rodney (manager) was really courteous and Octavia (bartender) made sure we were taken care of and was consistently communicating to make sure we didn’t need anything. Love love love my neighborhood Applebees!!! ???
I recently just visited Applebee's and had the best customer service experience ever. The bartender was January and she is amazing good conservation and everything. The food was good as well. I will definitely be coming back.

Came in with a party of 8. Jarriel are server was quick, tentative and polite. Are food came out hot and fast. Will be back.
DO NOT COME. EXTREMELY short staffed. The waiter kept coming back every 10 minutes saying we would have to wait another 10 minutes. They didnt even offer a drink. Place was empty and people were kicked out. There was nothing cooking back there. Horrible service. Don't come back if you know what's good for you.
