Food was good, service is not. In my personal experience, I ordered online and waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. While waiting inside, they took and served 4-5 orders before mine. They only even acknowledged my order after I said I had been waiting. It could have been completed well before I waited as long as I did. Not only did they have all that extra time to make the order, they didn't give me the sauces I ordered. Young man at the counter was not friendly, either.Just make sure to double check what you get here.
Busy, busy place so bring your patience. Great food, always fresh and hot so to me....totally worth the wait! Check your order before you go cause no ones perfect!
This location is neutral for me currently. During some of my visits, the staff in this facility are welcoming, patient, professional and quick.During my latest visit, the staff was unfriendly and frustrated due poor overall communication from management team. Most of the orders were incomplete/ incorrect. The only person working to provide quality service was the cook. As a result, the orders were prepared very slowly due to the lack of support for the cook.I have seen this facility work magic in past and I hope that they will develop a good working chemistry again to better serve their quests. I’ll try them again in a few weeks.

I placed an online order at 4:37pm and was emailed that the pickup time would be 4:47pm. I arrived at the location at around 4:50pm. I walked to the online order pickup spot and there was no food there. I went to the main line and waited for the cashier to finish with the folks in front of me. There were four. When it was my turn, I let the young lady with the bright red braids know that I had a pickup order. She said “The pickup place is right there.” I told her I waited in line to speak with her because there was no food there. She walked off without speaking to me. I moved to the side so she could help the four people behind me. While I waited, one employee walked in front of me. I had to move back to avoid being hit. She didn’t say excuse me or anything. She came back in the door, and the same thing happened. No “Excuse me” while walking in front of me. I waited approximately 25 minutes before one of the blue shirt employees spoke to me. All the while, the employees in the front of the kitchen were acting extremely unprofessionally. The floor was so sticky that it took off one of my shoes when I walked up. They hollered for the kitchen to get my order at least three times. They told me - after all eight of the other customers in front and behind me, not to mention the drive through - that my order would be up in two minutes because they were waiting for fresh tenders. At this point, I had had enough. I asked them why I had to wait when I ordered before everyone else they had served? I was told by Zaxby’s that my order would be ready at 4:47, and here it was, 5:17 and I didn’t have anything yo show for it. They told me they could give me 10% off of my meal or some cookies. I didn’t want either of those. I wanted an answer. They told me that they were in between shift change, but they don’t know why I hadn’t received my order, nor did it seem as if they cared much. They told me they didn’t have an answer for me. When my food finally came up, it was placed in the mobile area with no apology from any of the employees. This was, by far, too five worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I understand the times we are in.l, but that does not excuse the poor behavior and terrible customer service that I received. It doesn’t excuse the sticky floors. It doesn’t excuse the manager on duty not having an answer for a customer.
Horrible service we waited in line for 30 minutes just to watch teenagers doing tiktok no one is working food was horrible we order 4 chicken plates The chicken was old and over cooked and the fries were old and cold.. we had to go to Chick-fil-A and waste more money because we couldn't trust going back due to them doing something nasty to our food. This place needs to closed down. Or needs better management. Please don't say this is due to covid..Horrible horrible horrible.......
Wish I could give 0 zero stars. Worst service I’ve probably ever experienced. Waited for 45 mins for our food after paying and we couldn’t wait anymore. No one knew how to give us a refund so we wasted money with no food. A couple of the employees were just standing around while one guy was in the back cooking. Just horrible.
This restaurant is a hit or miss, mostly a miss. And COVID has nothing to do with it. It’s been quite a few misses prior to COVID. This date, was a miss. Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes and the Zaxbys club sandwich was not made right. No cheese, no bacon on the sandwich. And look at how they cut up the tomatoes, not sliced. Sandwich not cut in half like it’s normally made. I called and spoke with the manager and she says the meals can be replaced. So we will see what happens with that. And is the reason for the two stars and not one.
I was at Zaxby's picking up an order for delivery via doordash. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had doing that. The food was ready I had to wait on was for them to get the drinks fixed, the customer had told me to please make sure they got the sauces they needed they sent extra sauces. I will be taking more orders for delivery from this Zaxby's. And I only do a four-star rating for a restaurant until I've eaten there and I have not eaten there yet
This has got to be owned by the worst business manager in America. They are understaffed, it takes over an hour to get food, their drive thru is a prop because they can't accept drive thru orders only online orders, and most of the time you have to place your online order a day in advanced. This is the only restaurant I have seen that is struggling this bad. Do better.
