It is very disappointing on how Zaxby’s food chain crashed. The food is always served old, cold and stale. The people they hire is NEVER fit for the position. Childish, disrespectful and no customer service. I never post bad reviews because I always call to inform management but even management is horrible. I wouldn’t spend a dollar at this Zaxby’s location nor the location on Hudson bridge. Who is the district manager??? District manager what are you doing?? Do you need extra help??? Are you communicating with your boss… do you even work????? The health department and cooperate of Zaxby’s need to come together immediately. Today I was told by a Zaxby’s employee that she won’t be taking my order because she kept cutting me off while placing my order. She yelled and told me “don’t bother pulling up because I’m not taking your order” I recorded her saying it. I will email corporate a 1,000 times if I have to . DISTRICT MANAGER DO BETTER! You really need to get more involved with your stores .
Service is horrible to say the least. It wasn't due to lack of employees, it was lack of care or concern. The only person who acted like they cared was a young lady who said she had just started. Even the manager was bad. They took over 45 mins to get my order to me and they messed up almost every single order they handed out including mine. I know it's not considered fast food, but at the pace they were going was unreasonable. Everyone seemed so confused on what to do. Cashier's to busy telling there friends that walked in the news around town other than helping with anything. Who ever owns this franchise needs to crack down on it's employees or it's going to lose alot of business. Just don't recommend this place to stop at. Find another Zaxby's up the road. It's worth the drive I promise.
This place is a nightmare. Drive thru is always wrapped to the point where I'll just get out of line and go somewhere else. Called myself trying to beat the line today. I ordered online, was given a time, here we are 30 mins past the time given and my order still isn't ready. It's at least 8 people standing in the front just looking around. This place needs better management. What exactly is the purpose in having the app again?Just to update: I was given a time of 4:25 and didn't get my food until 5:05.
This is ridiculous!!! They literally took this piece of lettuce off the salad because the purple cabbage was on this sandwich at the bottom. When I bit into this sandwich, OMG it was disgusting and not done. I was on lunch break, so I’m very upset. The fries look like they were cooked last evening. I’ve been trying to call them since I returned to the office and I just get a busy signal. This is so unacceptable on so many levels. Spent $17.00 for something I couldn’t eat.
I wanted a salad and haven't been to Zaxby's in years. I ordered the Cobb salad. It was very good.
Food poisoning!!!! Do not eat here!!!! Messed up my order. The chicken tasted funny, I couldn't eat it all. Minutes later I'm driving thru my subdivision going 65 mph to make it to the restroom. ???
I didn't get my order nor did I get a refund. Store stated I needed to go through a website and their app says they are to be the one to refund me. Ordered food for my employees and needless to say that was an epic fail. Waited hours only to pick up my order and not even as much as a heads up. Never again. The poor service far outweighs the food.
Ate here for lunch. They forgot a drink in my order, but upgraded the size when I asked about it. They got the rest of the order right and remembered the sauces. Food was tasty.
Very unsatisfied. I was very patient and kind with staff. I was given one sauce for 3 meals after asking politely and also confirming with them when I got to the window. The food also tasted old. Why is it a hassle to get sauce? Especially in the drive thru. Staff is not very friendly.
Of course the drive thru was packed as usual. Ordered two Cobb salads, neither came with everything that is scheduled to be on the salads. No boiled eggs & no bacon bits. Also the spicy fried mushrooms were cold, soggy, and definitely not spicy at all.
