I ordered the steak, chicken, & shrimp hibachi with steamed rice and 5 wings. The wings were great and flavorful(this is my reason for 2 stars!!! The hibachi was very disappointing. It lacked flavor and no seasonings at all. I don’t like yum yum sauce so I asked to replace with teriyaki sauce and had to pay for that as well. When my food came out I had to ask for more sauce because it was barely drizzled on top. My rice was literally dry and stale like it had been sitting out all day and stuck in big clumps. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. The name should be YES Wings NO Hibachi.
Very disappointed with this place. I placed an order and of course Door Dash was the deliverer. I ordered a salad with it and YES did not have the Garden salad that was $8. YES decided to just change and add or substitute for and replace with chicken and fried rice which totaled 11.99 with out asking me as the customer if I preferred that or just not have a salad. They charged me an additional 4.95 unauthorized and I am pretty and will never order from here again. You do not take it upon yourself to add money without authorization. What happened to we will replace for the same price or just give it for free as a substitution or just don't give the salad and remove it from the order. No, they charged me and that is something you do not do as a business and then would not answer the phone but this is a place that takes orders over the phone. I am very upset and will never order from here or go there again. They need to review there business practices and how they handle orders and what to charge and not charge.
Fryrice vegetables burned rice hard and wings was like birds wings dried hard..never will go back and over price...untastefull
Very Disappointed with today's order. Fish and fries were awful . I can tell they were cooked in old oil. Wings were pretty good though.
I went to this location a few weeks ago and I was so happy with my service and food so today I decided to go again. I’m the middle of placing my order the call dropped and when I tried to call back several times no one answered. I waited five minutes and tried to call back only to find out they blocked my number it went straight to voicemail and I know I was blocked because my sister called right behind me on her phone and it rang and they still didn’t answer the phone. Super unprofessional idk if I’ll go back in the future. Do better!
The food was amazing. When I talk about how hot wings are SUPPOSED to taste, I’m talking about this place. Amazing! Good portions as well. We were not disappointed in the food. The customer service could use a little work. (Overall it was Ok) The young hispanic girl in the front could do a little better but besides that, the food was great. I will be returning and sharing to others as long as the service doesn’t get any worse. I really enjoyed the food and the size of the wings was great.
I know why it’s called “Yes Wings and Hibachi”, because that is all they know how to cook correctly and all that tastes good. I had an order of wings and shrimp hibachi last week that tasted pretty good so I thought I would go back. BIG MISTAKE! The whiting was over fried and dried out and my burgers were also dried out. Never again…
Placed a order for pickup, they answered on the first ring, took my order, told me 10-15min. 10-15min later picked up and they are delicious!! ??
This was my first time eating here an it was okay the rice was real bland an they shrimp was kind of burnt I order the shrimp hibachi an the customer service was not good I called it in an it seem like she was rushing me to order an when I got there no it was no greeting or anything even when I left out
2nd time here and it's a winner. The food was great. I will return!
