DO NOT STOP HERE.Every time I think it's okay to stop at this location for a "Quick" bite after work I always instantaneously regret it.Their issues range from the system being down 70% of the time all the way to not having anything but cups of water.I'm currently spending a very hot Pre-Summer in GA just trying to order in the drive through. Current wait time 47 minutes.Once you're in this drive through there is no way out, especially if cars are in front and behind you. Unless you don't mind jumping curves in a coupe.This Wendy's is always short staffed and the individuals they find to work here can not operate the register.Again, this is not a joke. I hate writing bad reviews but currently this place needs NEW OWNERSHIP or to just close its doors until they can fix the plethora of DAILY issues they face.FYI McDonald's is across the street.
Young Lady that took my order and at payment window was so nice and professional, her register kept freezing but she made the best of it. However the young man at the pick up window had 0 personality and did not open his mouth when you asked him questions,and no urgency about himselfWould have been 5 stars but he should have just stayed home.
Completely understand people being short staffed right now during these times. However what I will never understand is why Be rude to the customer for that reason. Menu was showing lunch but they were actually serving breakfast and we asked if they can tell us the items for breakfast as we’ve never had it, she proceeds to say well we’re short staffed and didn’t have time to change it which we said okay cool and asked if she could read us some of the items once more, she proceeds to say” you ain’t never been to Wendy’s before just order breakfast”. In a rude tone so we immediately just left because that’s not the customer service we want or need with people dealing with food going into our bodies .
Untrained, they gave me old food. And when I went back they denied it was old. Never asked to remake it. Just ask do I want my money back. Umm YESSS. Then instead of giving a refund. It showed that my card was charged a second time. No managers in the store the lead on the phone trying to figure out how to give a refund and did it wrong. I worked a Wendy’s years ago. I know what re dropped food looks and tastes like. I hated when they use to give my customers food that way because as the cashier I would have to deal with the backlash. Anyway this Wendys looks good in the outside but is all bad.
Ordered through the drive-thru, after waiting 18 minutes we received our order a disaster. When we got home I called and complained. The manager Janel took care of everything and made it right. Excellent service.
I was there to pick up a doordash order for a customer. Because their lobby is not open and they have not made other arrangements for delivery pickups I had to sit in the Drive-Thru line for almost 45 minutes to get their food. It was about 30 minutes past the original delivery time when I finally got their food. I don't usually take Wendy's orders but this was a really good order so I took advantage of it and the customer was taking advantage of as far as I am concerned. Wendy's needs to do better I won't be back.!
I like Wendy's and this is the closest location to where I live. Unfortunately, the last three times I tried to go through the drive thru, I've been told that the system is down and they aren't taking drive thru orders. In the past, I've had really good service here at times, and really bad service at times. The food is usually fine, but my orders are generally uncomplicated. Just wish they'd get things together at this location.
Their system is always "down" or they can't take orders. I think they take orders whenever they feel like it. The crew is full of kids that laugh and play all the time or on the phone. You can't pull to the window to get your food until the do something to the sensor on the ground. I came across the street to McDonald's as I'm looking at the drive thru line at wendy's NOW they can take orders. It's horrible
This location is very very unprofessional. They left out half of my order then when I called about the food that was left out. The manager allowed the drive through cashier to come in and curse me out in the background. This place is horrible! Throw the whole restaurant away!
Good was fresh but customer service not to my liking. They took my order and that was the last time someone spoke to me. I paid there wasn't a how are you or anything. Got to the next window and nothing was said. The waitee short armed my drinks and I had to reach in her window to get it as if it were raining.
