This Wendy's needs some help in many ways. The food is okay, but nothing to write home about. I've had a lot better at other Wendy's restaurants.The decor is worn out and needs replacement. The service wasn't bad, probably the best thing about the visit.Considering the location being so near the hospital, this place should be thriving, however some help from their corporate office would see a vast improvement.
I ordered the Biggie Meal ($5.00). Well upon receiving my meal I checked the chicken meal I ordered. The bread was burned n the lettuce, tomatoes soggy the bacon I have no idea what it was. Fries hard n burned look like they mixed old n new fries together. ? I took the sandwich back inside they exchanged it with no problems. So, upon me returning to my truck I took a sip of what i thought was a spirit. Turned out to be carbonated water ?I had to take that back. I told the young that my drink was not a spirit n that it was carbonated water. I asked for a spirit he then tells me its out!!! So why didn't he tell me this when I made my order. Lack of communication between workers. After driving 9 hours I want something nice too eat on but instead I received an ok meal. I have had better at Wendy's. I don't know what was a different tonight. Oh! I do 'The Food'! I love Wendy's n I will be returning. I would like for the staff to be aware of what they are doing. Now, on a good note the customer service was GOOD!
We went here after being on the road all day to grab a quick bite to eat. Customer service was terrible pulled up to the intercom and waited 5 min with no response so ended up pulling up to the window when getting there the girl working was extremely rude the also apparently discontinued ranch had no chicken Pattie’s at all tried to order a number but they were out of buns and sauce for that and just kept rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s or any fast food place for that matter
I woukd give zero stars if possible. I have given this restaurant so many chances because I love Wendy's, however, I will not be returning. They are out of chili and baked potatoes every time I go. The wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. The service is not friendly. The last time I had a door dash, they got my order wrong and it literally looked like someone had stepped on the potato. Worst Wendy's I have ever been too. The pic attached is my flattened potato, I ordered it with butter and sour cream only, specifically no chives.
Been up here 2 nights in a row around 11 pm. And the workers seem to like pretending like they aren't inside. You will sit at that intercom for several minutes and one will even come and peek through the window and disappear again. I know they are still open because they still pop up on uber eats this time a night. Just a Sorry bunch of kids working here for sure.
Wendy's service has been going down hill, especially this one. I ordered food online and stated pick it up inside the store. Door was locked so I went to drive-thru. As I was at the Window, I was told to wait at a parking spot. It took more than 20 minutes to get my food. I thought ordering online will make it faster. It turned out it took longer.
Worst Wendy's I've been to in a long time. Cold food. Sandwich missing bacon. No receipt. Didn't have tea. Only saw teenagers. Are there any adults working here?
Customer service is horrible here. We sat at the drive thru for five minutes before attempting to order. Then, we were told to wait for five additional minutes, there was only one car ahead of us. After waiting 6 additional minutes, we were told to wait again. No thanks, I informed the worker that I would contact the general manager. The employees at this location seem to be annoyed about doing their job. When we’re drove off, they were laughing and talking. Waste of labor and time paid by the company. We should’ve been deterred by the lack of lights in the signage!
Just had the baconator on a croissant which was absolutely delicious I think it's the secret sauce that's got me. Customer service was excellent, No wait and even picked up a few sandwiches for the girls at the office. I withheld a star because the drive-thru window looked awful, Please wipe with Windex and not comet.
Terrible Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 each 4 for 4 both double stacks. I asked that all items be dropped fresh because I wanted my food hot received my food at pick up window and all fries and nuggets were cold. My wife and I asked for them to be dropped fresh.. they pulled is forward and came out with a bag of fried but no nuggets .. I told my wife let's just go because the lady with the short hair had a very rude attitude. Had no straw for our drinks.... No napkins .. and when I reached for my sandwich and took a bite... It was a chicken sandwich... A cold chicken sandwich.... My wife who did receive her double stack was disappointed because it was also cold ... We were so hungry and annoyed .. I understand that you guys may be short handed... But does good service have to suffer??? Especially when it's being paid for.... Also was told that they were out of printer paper so I couldn't get a receipt so that I can call the general manager...This is very disappointing and depressing.
