Why would I do a "mobile" order and to just have to get out and wait for your food after reaching an order taker. I chose drive-thru when I placed the order and when I arrived at the drive I was told I had to come inside. They didn't even take my name to prepare my order. I told the supervisor after waiting 8 minutes for the orders of 2 customers to be taken that I was dissatisfied with the way they handled the mobile orders and she stated we're not any other Wendy's. They aren't they suck. Find another Wendy's guys
Went here yesterday drive thru was available so every customer went inside. Ralnekia customer service was terrible. She has an attitude that she actually had to work when customers chose to come inside instead of just drive off. She doesn't know how to smile or communicate. She literally wouldn't talk to me she just stared at me assuming I knew what my total was. ? does she not know that my money pays her salary. Positive attitude and customer service excellence CANNOT be coached. She has to want to be there!! Get these kids off yo payroll!
Visted this location after a bad visit down the street! The location was very nasty and had a awful smell! But quess what! A young guy was at the register. So I asked him was they open, then the 350lb woman start talking loud telling him, he better not clock in not a min early. He asked can he clock in to take our order, she told him No! So we left! Fyi.. you manage labor on the floor. You cannot manage labor by cutting hours! Also, please get her a professional uniform. TSHIRTS SHOULD NOT BE A STANDARD!
They truly suck at this location. Customer service and speed of service are not a priority at this store. From the person on the headset, all the way to management. The place is depressing. They are slow as hell. Food is thrown together. Even if you order extra sauce at the speaker they don’t give it to you. I do not recommend to anyone….EVER.
I ordered curbside and I had to go in to get my food after waiting 30 mins. I was better off going through drive-thru
Even through it was only drive thru Only. The burger was Nice, it could've been warmer, still one of the Freshest burgers I've had outside of my home. I must mention I do not eat out a lot.
I order a $5 biggie bag and did not recieve my bacon double stack, I only received my fries and nuggets and they didn’t give me my reciept. I tried to call them but nobody and swerved the phone.
Wendy's is another fast food restaurant. It was clean, from where I stood, & the staff was pleasant. I don't eat fast food often, so it was a change of pace.
Food is always good and hot. Customer service could be a little better. Typically slow and takes a minute to talk at drive thru.
This is the worst ghetto run establishment I have ever been to… the wait in drive thru is ridiculous. It’s literally takes them 20 minutes to greet you….I understand we are working thru covid but this is beyond acceptable
