horrible service, waited like 10 minutes for someone to clean the empty table so we could be seated but nobody did so we left. what a waste of time
Called in a order for my family when I say most of our food was burnt or either not cooked the way we asked the lady on the phone was rushing my daughter in law so I knew something wasn't going to be right. If you don't wanna work just say that but do your job!!!!!!
The food was good and it didn't take long as it was a high volume time of day. But the service was poor af. Two employees about to get into a fight which hindered production times. On top of that it distracted the server and made them forget to put condiments and utensils in my Togo order. I've been to worse but I've definitely been to much better.
I can walk into that place and they know what I want before I even have to order it's just a matter if I'm sitting or going on what I want. And I get taken care of faster than people who've been sitting there I love you waffle House

Service was horrible, they were to busy about others jobs and didnt care about service or food. Got our order wrong. Would not go back.
I've called 5 times in the last 30 minutes and the phone rings to voice mail and it's full too. Dose no one work here...
Lazy night shiftThe last two times I’ve went at night around 8pm they were not taking orders AT ALL! There were no customers both times. In fact this time the door was locked and the lady was at the window shaking her head no. I never have any problems in the morning and the food is always good. This is the only Waffle House I eat at. I guess I’ll just avoid them at night or take my funds elsewhere!
My elderly pearnts went to this waffle house and a black women with frekels on her face and a pink mask at the time told my pearnts to leave with out a reason. They asked her why? And she just said GO! Iv tried to contact this location and they wont answer. While people came into the location right behind them and she sat them down without hesitation.
Short order cook was on it, his system works well and food was delicious
