Ok so for starters 1. They are not clean came here at 12 ish to place an order. The area is not clean inside or out, also the lady said they have no phone it’s locked in the office, they are very short staffed, had to wait 15 mins before they could take a order cause the cook had went somewhere. Ummmm I’m good I won’t do this location again: the grill not working only one side, just omg
We came here to order our food and once we arrived..the cook disappeared to the restroom and the lady (waitress) went outside to take a smoke break. We have been in here for 30min. Never in my life I have experienced something like this. Unprofessional staff. We left with no service after 30min of patiently waiting and no service. We will not be ordering at this location ever again nor refer anyone to order here. I am all for customer service and I am a very kind person, but the situation tonight was handled highly unprofessional. It’s a great disappointment when you have staff that does not want to work. Cameras will prove that we were patient and this review is not falsified. Workers have to do better with customer service. This was the night topper for us.
Classic Waffle House diner. Staff is friendly and quick. And of course the food is delicious!
Very poor customer service on my visit.While attempting to place my to go order with 5 visible employees in the store I was asked to reenter store through the other side by side door to place order.I was there with 3 other gentlemen waiting to place their order as well.3 mins turn to 5 mins and NO one has even greeted us let alone taken anyone's togo order order. They where very busy talking to each other as if they where just chit chatting. So I left shortly after the second gentleman left without even a greeting. Now they CAN'T blame That on a lack of employees due to covid.. Very unpleasant and unprofessional that visit.
Sales person Tori was the worst server, wasn't friendly, or helpful, seemed upset that people showed up to eat. Manager should know they are overwhelmed.
I don't understand why they can decide when to serve dine-in customers or not. They were not busy and easily could take a single table or 2. They have gotten used to that automatic 10% gratuity on ALL to-go orders and would much rather get that guaranteed 10% rather than have to actually earn a tip a serve a table. Then to top it off my bacon was so over cooked I could not even eat all of it. I wanted my fried eggs cooked but with a little runny yolk. So over medium bit I had absolutely no yolk. I hate that restaurants are allowing their employees so give such horrible service to their customers and the employees attitudes make ya have to pray for patients instead for strength so you don't catch a charge.I understand with Corona they have a time finding go employees who actually want to work but I would rather loose money and close my doors for a day or a couple extra hours to make sure my customers get what they came to get and that is Good food and Great customer service. When you fail to provide either of those you loose more money in the end because you have to provide refunds for the unhappy customers and then you begin losing customers all together because who wants to return to a place of business where they received unsatisfactory food and even worse customer service from employees who could care less about your business. GET YOU'RE EMPLOYEE'S together or find a replacement. Don't make them think you have to have them there.
Stopped and got the sausage hash brown bowl. Amazingly good! Service was great and quick
Wonderful location! Ms. Davina will take the best care of you that you've ever had at any waffle house! So sit in her section for a truly authentic diner experience. They're back to a fully open dining room here, which was a real treat after so long with closures. Her your crispy hash browns today!
