Rude as all Hell. Find another location PLEASE. DO. NOT. SPEND. YOUR. HARD. EARNED. DOLLARS. HERE. Go to Del Taco or a gas station or a hot air ballon. ANYWHERE BUT HERE. The manager was just as nasty as the nasty CHILD taking the orders in the drive-thru, & we all know this kind of behavior within a business starts at the top. Replace the entire staff...wish I could give negative 5 reviews!!!! & after all that THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG & WERE UPCHARGED FOR SUPREME ITEMS WE DIDNT ORDER! I definitely made a call to corporate. I'm just disgusted!
Best Taco Bell. Its always busy but we don't mind waiting in the line because the food is always good and fresh.

I got home and I was very upset. I bought the Bowl, and when I got home It didn't have Guacamole, didn't cheese, or tomato. I am calling since, and the number is busy signals.
Nice staff. Short staffed due to covid, but that's too be expected. Overall great experience. Tasty food when I needed it!
I live less than 2.5 miles from restaurant. Ordered through the app, picked up food and took it home. When I got home the food was lukewarm at best. They had long line at drive thru. No excuse the meat in the burrito, chalupa and taco was barely room temperature.
9:54 pm. 12-29-21. Please update your staff on the new menu options. I asked for a fiesta veggie burrito, a chipotle ranch grilled chicken, and a beefy crunchy melt. I was told they don't know what the fiesta is or the chipotle, but they have the crunchy melt.
Ordered via the drive thru tonight ... girl at payment window took my payment without saying a single word - no Hello, Goodbye, Have a nice day, Thank you. Proceeded to pick up window and experienced the same thing. It's this lack of the most basic customer service that's driving people (including me) to places like Chik Fil A.
Food was delicious but lone was extremely long..just a sign of the time.
