The 2 girls that were working on 6/1/22 (10:15pm) are the absolute worst..They have zero customer service, they yelled at each other the entire time while making sandwhiches, being loud and just was completely unnecessary.One of the workers was sooooo rude to the girl in front of us, she kept rolling her eyes everytime she asked for something to be added to her sandwich, overall terrible experience and those 2 girls need to be fired...

The older girl at the front is extremely rude. If it wasn’t for the fact I was seeing my grandfather in the hospital I would have made her make the food and walked off without the food or paying. God bless that younger girl because she was extremely rude to her as well. Side note for the people saying that the food is all that matters. The sandwich was absolutely horrible as well….. save your money or just go to the cafe located in the hospital

The girls at the counter are very rude and lack customer service. My sister simply asked for more lettuce on her Vegan sandwich and was told they could only give so much. My sister was fine with the response and her teammate, Hannah, told the young lady making the sandwich, “I got yo back!” The nurse in line confirmed they’ve been rude and getting complaints for several months. No one wants to be treated like this when trying to get food, but moreso in a situation where you are in the hospital visiting a loved one… Spoke with the manager, Tee, and she assured me she doesn’t play about customer service. Hope she holds them accountable for their horrible behavior and the staff, patients, and visitors are treated better in the future when simply trying to get some food.

The women down there are extremely rude. They see you standing there and they ignore you. When they finally greet you it’s “ what do you want?” They throw your sandwich together with no care and VERY little veggies. They are not only rude to the hospital employees but also to the patients/ family members.

The young ladies that work here have the rudest attitudes I have ever experienced. Nonchalant attitudes, always fixing your food like it’s a problem. The way they act make me not even want to order from here, I’ll rather go somewhere else . It’s horrible !!

Now the new employee there, Rose... Absolutely amazing person, she knows how the people think.

There was three people infront of me but I was in line for 45 mins. Never seen a slower subways. The man moved at a snails pace. Then he moved the sandwich straight to the wrapping paper with out the paper it was made on. His hands where cover in the merinara sauce which got all over the wrapping paper making it super messy. And the freaking cherry on top is the paper was so gross and covered when I picked up the wrapping paper with the second half it ripped and my sandwich fell right on the ground. By far the worst subways I've ever gone to.

I don't think I've encountered any two subway employees that were more rude than these two. Rolling eyes and making irritating noises as more customers walked up. Very ghetto and unprofessional.

Ghetto ratchet with the fake eyelashes was very rude. Customer service was horrible. It seem as if I was a inconvenience to them.

Subway food was ok but Customer service needs to be more friendly.
