Place the order for curbside pick up get there had to wait another 20 minutes for my food and the owners daughter brings it out with the nasty nasty attitude and then told her my order was wrong and she’s like no no no so I had to re-order what was left off and she still had a nasty attitude when I asked the young man for her name and her standing in the store looking at me smiling and smirking and all that if the owners children are going to work there you need to learn some customer service because she was rude as hell
I am not sure how the employees are being trained. I recently did an online pick order and gave them time to make the order (picked up the food 2 hours after I ordered online). When I arrived at the location, the employee had forgotten about the order and had tot create order right when I got there. This is not professional considering Subway is a huge franchise and people come here on their lunch times which also means that they are on a time schedule. So I ordered two subs and while the subs were being created, the employee kept mixing up the two subs. And I witness the employee trying to replace the ingredients from one sub to the other because the employee had messed up. I gave a two star instead of a one because the employee was not rude through this process and let me know that she had missed the order. But I am still disappointed and unfortunately will not be coming again. Thank you for your service but please do better next time. Please train your employees properly next time.
I am so disappointed regarding my visit this morning 03-15-22, no one was in the restaurant, the lady there did not acknowledge us, we waited while she did some side work, then she was very rude, yelling what bread, what bread! shaking her head, rushing our decision? Who owns this franchise? Regardless if this is a family member or not, they need to be retrained on respect, we left with nothing, on the way out she yelled at us? speak English, I am still sooo upset, I'm suing!
Very nice family now that operates this location. Very clean. Very fresh ! But, please remove the barrier it's very hard to hear you guys
Not very helpful here. Staff not very nice. Other then that it is what you would expect from a subway.
I just ordered through Uber Eats. I don't know who put their foot in the sandwich but omg, it was so damn good! Thank you for putting a smile on my face!2nd time, no disappointments thus far!

I'd rather go to the other side of town to order subway than order from here staff are rude and constantly having to tell them to add more portions to my sandwich very dissatisfied with this location
