I just went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. I ordered a trente pink drink and requested that no more than half the cup be filled with ice. The girl taking my order responded with a condescending tone, "that's usually how they are made, love." When I received my cup, 3/4 of it was ice. I do not pay $9+ for a drink to be spoken down to or to be ignored. Starbucks must have relaxed its hiring requirements because the customer service was terrible.Edit:I've returned to this Starbucks since I only had one bad incident, and the service was, once again, amazing. My drink was perfect and the customer service was stellar.
Wait wasn't too bad.Breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious. And of course, the coffee was wonderful!
So I want to start off by saying that unfortunately this is my local Starbucks. This has got to be the worst Starbucks on earth. They are extremely slow so don’t even bother wasting your time on a mobile order. It’s not even clean inside. The floors clearly needed to be swept, tables sticky. It’s just a disappointing experience every time. If you’re looking for the next best Starbucks location I recommend the target location in McDonough or the stand alone location in McDonough.
Good place to get a pick me up. They nicely corrected my coffee when I didn't like the mixture.
While my husband's coffee was to his liking and my daughter's refresher.... my white chocolate mocha had no flavor. It was watery and I was missing my whip cream.
I come here a lot and have many times over the years. But this past week I came by 3 times. The first time I asked for 2 pumps not 4 in a drink and it clearly had 4. Same thing the next day but syrup on the side and was fine. The next day I asked for 2 pumps again and I get home and the drink is insanely overly sweet. This store is def either not reading the mods, or just adding extra. I even asked to make sure it was two pumps.
I won't be coming back to this location I had to wait 30 mins in line this morning for my order and I was 3rd in line. The hrs on the website says they open at 430 that's a lie they didn't open til 530.
This Starbucks Aims to please. Never disappoints. Very friendly and professional staff!!!
This location usually stays pretty busy but moves along at a decent pace. It's worth the wait as the employees are courteous and my orders are consistently correct.
