I just went and sat at one of the parking spots for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer which they never did. They may have been busy I understand but to add to it I pull up (no one else in the line) and place my order created with the rudest guy with an attitude. Saying what you want and sucking his teeth when I asked for just the sandwich then saying pull around. I’ve gone to this sonic since I was a kid but I’m not going back now the service sucks don’t go here!!!

I gave 1 star because I HAD to in order to give a warning. I've visited a few times for my daughter. The service and quality of the food has consistently gotten worse. The manager, however, quickly refunded my money when I called in about an incorrect and indigestible drive thru order after my last visit. I don't care for Sonic's, but if you MUST have it, I suggest you skip this one

I placed an order on the Sonic app today (4/26/22) for pick-up at 8:45pm. I arrived at the time and checked-in. My info came up on the screen and it stated that my order was in the kitchen, followed by being brought out by whoever. After a couple mins the food being brought out messaged disappeared. I waited another 7-10mins and still no food. I called the location and they stated they did not have an order for me. When I advised it came up on the screen when I checked-in and said was being brought out, a lady asked me to hold on. Then she asked me what my order was and not even 2 mins later, here is my order. It was all cold.

The drive in slots did not work so do the only option was the drive-through lane. The line was 20 cars in length. When we arrived at the window we were told that we needed to pull away from the window and wait in a parking spot for 20 more minutes for our hamburgers. It took 45 minutes to get a meal at this sonic.. I will never go there again and I advise you not to waste your time!

We waited at least half an hour on food after ordering and when we inquired into status, staff was not helpful and said they had 500 orders: and they sounded "put out" that we were inquiring about the status. Although we were told the order was coming out now, the next out was the order for a car that had just pulled up. We finally left and never received our order.

I ordered through the app . Service was fast . The only reason I took a star away is because I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, but they don’t have the cheesecake to put in it yet it’s still on the menu. But Harmony was very sweet and nice enough to make me a different milkshake when I told her I didn’t want the one I ordered since they didn’t have all the ingredients . It would really help if you take the items off the menu that you don’t have anymore .

When I say I'm upset, I'm EXTREMELY upset with this. I ordered through Postmates first and it was cancelled within minutes because there wasn't a person to deliver. Perfectly fine! I placed the order again through DoorDash (which said had available drivers) and for 2 hours there was no update on my food. Just now, I received a message saying my order was cancelled. 2 HOURS. It makes no sense, as I work at a restaurant myself with DoorDash and UberEATS. Do better.

I visited this Sonic’s location yesterday (12/17/2021). The Drive up was closed and that’s understandable considering everything that’s going on. I proceeded to the Drive Thru to place my order. From where I was sitting, I could see 3 cars in front on me. So, it was a bit of a wait to place my order, that was all fine. When I finally arrived at the speaker, I placed my order and the worker repeated without an issue. She then ask me to pull around to the window, without giving me a total. Long story short, when I approached the window my order was short of 2 corn dogs. However, I wasn’t charged for the corn dogs, and I asked could I please order the corn dogs. The cashier said No that couldn’t order them and that she was trying to clear her drive thru. What! This was insane, and at this time the line was stretched around the building. I kindly asked for the manager, and Chris came out and took care of the situation within a minute or so. Thank you Chris (manager) for solving an issue that didn’t even have to be an issue from the beginning. Please train your crew/cashiers to have a better customer service approach. She was rude for no reason. Again, thank you Chris. ??

Look! Sonic is Sonic! When you pull up to order, there are no problems. It's what happens afterwards that can make you ask the questions, "Do I really want to be here? Are the shakes even worth it?" Yet, I stay in the line because I really want a shake. It just takes them longer than it should, in my opinion, to get the shakes to me and take my money. Honestly, I will go back again the next time I need my shake fix.

Upon arrival, several customers were receiving and placing their orders. I waited patiently for someone to take my order because they looked busy. After a reasonable amount of time had passed, I said "Hello?" into the speaker box. A young lady responded "Yo we close!" A bit confused I drove around to the pick up window where I noticed employees preparing meals and taking the order of the car that had pulled up behind me. It then became obvious that this was racially motivated and that this location will no longer be serving people of my race.Not a problem. I hope this review will save others the trouble.
