Usually dine every Thursday and Sunday, but today was an awful experience not with food or services but with a table of 4 black women that made the noise of 12 We moved to the bar side and still could hear the cakkle manager should have asked to tone it down ( of course that would be racist) one more time and we will x customers)
Giving three stars here, more in memory of what this place was than what it now is. Used to come here all the time, like at least once a week. Usually more. The food and service gradually declined to the point where even as a regular who knew the names of every wait staff and host, I still couldn’t get a drink refill or more chips or to where the same entree I had ordered many times would be virtually inedible. Stopped coming here about 6+ months ago due to this and found a different local Mexican restaurant to frequent, but I was in the area today and thought I would give it one more chance. Seems like nothing has changed since I left - slow service, mediocre food, and an overall meh experience at the absolute best. Not to mention that a server named Mona still works here, despite being incredibly rude to customers and having many complaints, one of which was myself after she was INCREDIBLY rude to some friends I brought to the restaurant. I will definitely not be back.
I rated this At 4 stars...A few months ago. Food was good as always ! However, order a Hamburger..With ion Rings..Fries come with it...The bun was burnt and the beef was undercooked.. Onion rings were very greasy..only thing fit to eat was The Fries...Waitress said that how they cook the beef..Ummm..no but no...Unless the customer orders it that way!!!..But The food was replaced with Mexican dish..They need to really Work on other food...
Want to start off by saying the customer service is amazing!! I was greeted very friendly as soon as I walked through the door. The service was very fast! Hardly had to wait for of my food or drinks. My waiter was very attentive and nice. Nobody I talked to were rude or had an attitude.The food on the other hand was very bad. I ordered the steak burrito combo. The rice was very bland and dry, the beans were also dry lacked any flavor. The steak was EXTREMELY dry and lacked any flavor possible. Overall it was a pretty bland meal. The worst part was the food just didn't taste freshly made. It seemed like it was already premade and they just reheated it.
If you want food with no flavor this is the place to go!! Ordered a few different things and it's so plain no seasoning at all..small portions of rice and beans I didn't even see beans just mush!!no flavor..oh the salsa and chips are good other than that I'll pass..steak like rubber no flavor at all ugh wish I would have went somewhere else!! Lesson learned!! Oh it's really and clean and they are friendly lol not upset about the tip because the young lady was very nice..I'm still hungry bc I couldn't not enjoy
Food was fresh and plentiful, but a little bland to be Mexican food. Also,while the waitresses were nice I saw one cough into her hands,wipe her hands on her apron and continue serving food with no mask or hand washing.
Unfortunately, I did not take any pics. But the food was horrible. They advertise corn tortillas for their tacos but we got corn. The chicken was dry. Chimichangas we’re gross. Very disappointing. We love tacos and I could have received better at Taco Bell. Will never come back
Was our first time there. Food was amazing, staff very friendly will definitely be back soon. Think we found our new Mexican spot.
Been driving pass for a while, and tried for 1st time & loved it! Great, fast, friendly service; and nice size portions.
Great atmosphere with a genuine Mexican vibe. The Texas Fajitas Nachos were good, and the service was attentive.
